I purchased a Certified Preowned Vehicle, and when it was discovered that the vehicle had several issues, the dealer did not want to honor the CPO warranty. After a lengthy attempt on my own to get the dealer and the manufacturer to remedy the issue to no avail, I contacted the Mobasseri Law Firm. I was immediately impressed with the attentiveness, professionalism, and thoroughness of all the staff that I spoke with...from assistants, attorneys, and Mr. Mobasseri himself.

I was looking for a lawyer online for my husband because a car dealership broke his contract after the 10 days they have to rescind the contract after we financed a car from them and they even went as far as repossessing the car he financed with them, due to what they say was lack of financing for the vehicle we spent 6 hours at the dealership and signing contracts for. These guys are great. Robert and his team took on my case for a lemon RV camping trailer. This was the first and only lawsuit I ever had been a part of. The wheels of Justice turn very, very slowly in California, but Robert did a good job with my case, got me a good settlement. First time in my life I've actually gotten a fair settlement after getting cheated.

In 2015 I purchased a 1 year old used vehicle from a local dealer. Within a couple of months it began having transmission issues. After the dealer "repaired" the issue the transmission malfunctioned again after 20,000 miles. This went back and forth every 20,000 miles for 3 1/2 years. Robert Mobasseri's action was my last attempt to recover a major loss from buying a car that had been tempered with and turned out to be beyond repair.

I contacted Mobasseri Law because I was pretty sure I had just purchased a lemon. I found them via a google search. At first I continued with them because they were the only ones out of a half of a dozen firms that said they'd handle cases involving motorcycles. Other firms stated on their websites they handle motorcycles but when I called I got a different story.

They were very helpful and gave me a consultation over the phone. Their advice seemed geared towards helping me more than to get a customer. They gave me advice on ways to avoid needing their services which I was surprised by but when it came time to need their services it made me more confident they had my best interests in mind.

When they decided to take my work on everything went very smoothly. I was only involved in the communication when needed so it was very hands off. This was very refreshing compared to dealing with the dealers and manufacturer. The process was long but everything went smoothly and their advice along the way ended up getting a better deal than I thought.

They did a very good job of insulating me from the back and forth and were quick to update me when I got curious where we were at. They didn't offer frequent updates and I was happy with that but I'm sure they would have if I had asked for regular updates.

Independently from which law firm you go with to handle your Lemon case I can offer a couple words of advice. One, Lemon firms only take payment if the result is positive. Therefore, it's still on you to first make your case to the law firm you want to take your case. This means the bulk of the work is still on the Lemon purchaser. This means, keeping detailed notes, receipts, scanning all of your documents, etc. There is a lot of work up front. Still this was less work then talking with the dealer and manufacturer who both played dumb at every turn, failed to return calls and were basically just terrible. If I could do it all again I wouldn't even had bothered with the dealer/manufacturer. Just keep organized, scan everything and once you meet the criteria hand it off to Mobasseri Law and then you won't have to deal with the frustration.

In April 2013 I bought a brand new Scion FRS from the dealership. In the first couple of months my car was not driving right, so I went to the dealership and they said they took care of the problem, but in fact, did nothing. A few months later I went in for an oil change but was told it wasn't necessary because my car was running on synthetic oil. At about 8,000 miles I came back in because I had the engine light on. I was told there were multiple codes that they took care of. My car still felt like it was not running right and about a year later, my engine blew. My case was in regards to misrepresentation of the sale of a vehicle, the firm was very responsive in every step of the case and they achieved a very satisfactory outcome.

You better have a real home run case directly related to the Lemon Law or else this guy's condescending tone while he has you on speaker phone making you feel completely unjustifiable in your desire to seek justice for damages, will just make those feelings worse for you.
The info about fraud and deceptive business practices on his website only relate to lemon laws and must be significant or extreme, I believe is how he put it to me. Hes in a hurry and knows exactly what' he's looking for, so don't waste his time people!
He has the words "auto fraud, dealer fraud" so many times on his home page, it's clear now that it's a typical Google-rankings strategy to get higher placement in Google. Which is an out of date strategy anyway. Need to update your site to a mobile presence of you want to rank higher, and then you can practice with the direct clients you'd like to reach instead of surfacing people like me because you're claiming the auto fraud and dealer fraud as separate items from lemon law fraud.
