Tasoff Law Office listed under the USCIS website is one of the attorneys that have a current license to practice. Richard was very knowledgeable about our situation and gave very insightful advice. Cinay (Secretary) was also very helpful in compiling all the paperwork that we needed for immigration, and she was quick to reply with any questions or concerns.
There is a misconception that the attorney will do everything for you, and one must keep in mind that the attorney is only there to guide you. To have a quick and thorough application process, we must also be fast and accurate in providing documents. We also had to make sure all of the information in the application is correct, checking it multiple times on our end. They did a great job of giving us all that we needed to turn the wheels of immigration.
Richard knew the details we needed with our evidence, and when we listened and acted upon his advice, we created a fantastic packet to bring with us to the interview. Richard was also with us every step of the way throughout the interview process, he looked through our documents beforehand, and he was indeed the rock that took away part of our anxiety.
