This is a terrible place to go for your legal needs. Their ads talk about providing you with a 'focused team.' This could not possibly be further from the truth. I don't think they use actual lawyers- these are students, perhaps para-legals, or possibly first year "lawyers." You'll think that you have a few people working on your case, but if you ever get a hold of them (they are horrible with returning emails or calls), you will discover that they constantly rotate "teams," and now you have 3 new people working on your case- this will happen every single time you talk to them. The same people are never 'working' on your case, and they absolutely do not relay the facts or information of your case to the new 'team.' So you will feel that you're starting from scratch constantly with new people. A lot of "lawyers" leave the practice regularly. So there is constant confusion and a frightening lack of dedication among these people who are not behaving professionally enough to call themselves lawyers, supposedly working your case. They will get the facts wrong, they will NOT counsel you at all for your depositions or do any of their own preparation- in fact you will feel like they are on the Other team as they make you look and feel like a fool to your opponent. They will waste your time and lose your case. They do not care about you as a client. You are the last thing on their mind. And to boot- they are very rude to you when you finally get a hold of them. I am writing this for the prospective client- please do not make the same mistake we did. There are many other choices out there and my advice is to look elsewhere.

UNRELIABLE, UNAPOLOGETIC, NON-PROFESSIONAL AND VERY ARGUMENTATIVE ABOUT THE FACT THAT THEY ARE IN THE WRONG WHEN IT COMES TO THE FACT THAT THEY DO NOT KEEP YOU IN THE LOOP ON THE CASES THAT THEY HAVE BEEN ENTRUSTED TO REPRESENT.

THIS FIRM ONLY SETTLES FOR LOW AMOUNTS AND MAKES EXCUSES AS TO WHY THEY CANNOT DO THEIR FIDUCIARY DUTY ON BEHALF OF THE CLIENT.

Be smart and don't use alder law unless you want to be ignored and not get any updates on your case what's so.. ever. But don't take my word for it and just try them and you'll see what I am talking about.
