Weissman is the kind of attorney that only a bank could love. They are built for quantity and hope that the snacks at the closing table cover up their total lack of respect for the people that write their name on the contract.

From the moment we went under contract to the moment we closed communication was non-existent. When something went wrong we had to disturb the luxurious confines of the buckhead office just to get a response.

To be clear, not only did Weissman NOT communicate with us when they should, but they actually dodged our phone calls. The 1 time I got an attorney on the phone she was either a coward or completely incompetent and proceeded to give us no answers to a problem that they exacerbated.

TL, DR - Who you choose as your attorney matters. If you don't expect any issues in your closing, then sure, enjoy the coffee and nuts. However, for the 99% of deals that have some sort of issue, you might want to hire a firm that cares.

Closing connect, in combination with friendly customer service and a well run/organized closing meeting made my experience as pleasant as could be. Not to mention the office space itself was extremely comfortable yet modern and sophisticated. I will highly recommend Weissman thanks to the lawyers and administrators that helped me buy my home.

The process at Weissman is super fast, efficient, and overall friendly. It takes the stress out of the millions of signatures required at closing. They do an amazing job letting you know what each paper is and what it is used for, that way you know what you're signing without spending hours reading all the legal paperwork. Would definitely use them time and time again whne buying a house.

They are extremely professional but also friendly and easy to work with. Lawrenceville location was a little out of my way but if I had it to do over again it would be a no-brainer to go with them at that location because they get it done.

The level of customer service is terrible, my wife and I close on our house with them and pay a lifetime fee for any issue or any work related to our deed. We are trying to update the name on the deed which is probably one of the most basic things an attorney can do. it is been almost three months that we requested the changes and they have been telling us all kinds of story for why the paper are not ready and have not submitted to the the county. Because of them we lost a lot of money on a potentially property purchase. I am not sure if anybody experience something similar but it is unbelievable how unprofessional there staff is from the office manager to the front desk lady.

They managed to conduct my closing a day early. They were fast and efficient. Great team !

I closed within 30 minutes. The deed was recorded the following weekday. I couldn't ask for a more seamless process.

There were a lot of surprises at closing that the closing attorney thought that were previously discussed with me and we're not. My best advice for Weissman going forward would be to actually email all the information to the clients and that way if there is a dispute it can be addressed before you're sitting over a table and feel pressed to sign paperwork that you don't feel comfortable with signing.
