They're not responding to my call more than 6 months. They got my settlement which is much less than I expected and just holding on it. The car accident was in 2016!!! This makes too much headache. I think I call them more than 100 times but they never pick up the phone and don't call me back at all!!!

They are not responding to our messages. My wife and I have been trying to contact them to find out about her settlement. She is expecting money from them due to the settlement. Her case is a few years old now.

Does not reply to email inquiries. Is holding onto my husband’s case and refuses to close it. They state that his case has settled, yet they refuse to close his case and disperse his funds. His accidents were in 3/2016. Clearly this has gone on for TOO LONG!!!!
