I know Lawyers get the brunt of many jokes, but Stacy is not only an excellent lawyer, he is a very decent human being...that's why he is out go-to....

After a very expensive divorce years ago with a high priced firm in Buckhead I found myself without child support for 14 months, along with a multitude of other non reimbursements from the co-parent. I went through DCSS for months with run arounds and no solution, then a close friend recommended Stacy Hylton. He worked with me for months and he was so attentive, ethical and precise in his legal counsel. We had a hearing and he did a phenomenal job in court, everything was handled, and I cannot recommend this firm and Mr. Hylton enough. My only regret is that I did not meet him sooner, which would have saved me thousands and years of anguish.

We were very dissatisfied with his services and his biased report when we had plenty of evidence of the incapability of the other parent. He avoided many phone calls from our son who had concerns. It took him 7 months to generate a report. He only had 1 15 min meeting with each child and determined they should stay where they were at. He lied about our home to the court. I can only imagine the wrong doing of other families and their children being stuck in such abusive situations and a GAL is supposed to protect the children and he failed to do so. The court was also biased (Cobb county) I will look for a way to file a complaint on both behalf's. Not to mention the out outrageous price when he didn't even to his job accurately or EFFECTIVELY.

In the not to distant past, I worked in the legal field. I had the pleasure of being involved with Hylton Stacy on one case. I found him to be very knowledgeable in the law, personable with all parties, and working in the best interest of his clients.

Mr. Hylton, is one of the most caring and helpful attorneys I have ever worked with. He helped my brother through a long custody battle and with Mr. Hylton he is honest and diligent. Good man.
