This office is absolutely phenomenal. Attorney Gina Smalley and her assistant Marcy are the best! They work hard for their client and will always advise whats in your best interest. I did a lot of research on different attorneys to handle my case, but so glad I chose this office. They are always only a phone call or email away if you ever have any questions (response time for them to reply to emails or calls/voicemail's is never long). You'll also ALWAYS know whats going on in your case, they'll always communicate (as you're never left in the "dark").
I'll even go more in depth about how great this office is....during the holidays, Marcy was sick (I believe she said it was the flu) and Gina was on vacation and they STILL replied to each and everyone one of my emails in a timely manner. It got to the point where I had to tell Marcy to get some rest and reply to my emails when you're feeling better! Also during this time, Gina continued to work relentlessly as if she wasn't on vacation with her family and as if it wasn't the holidays. That alone says a lot about their character and how they really do care. All in all, I would "hands down" recommend this law office to any and everyone that I know, I can almost assure you that you will get the results that you WANT and DESERVE!

I'm not sure how any one can give this lawyer 5 stars. Not only did I pay Gina to represent me for my divorce, she decided to go against me and support my ex husband. She didn't do anything for me but to lose all my documents after the mediation and then type up a document that allows my ex-husband to take most of the properties we share. Of course I will never sign that and when Gina saw that I wouldn't sign it, her assistant decided to harrass me. This lady is a fraud and I won't be shocked to see her on the news. Please do not have Gina represent you, unless you want to lose. Every comment that is negative, please believe it. I notice that she writes under truthful comments and states she doesn't represent them. Lies!!! Please run, don't say I never told you.

Horrible experience with her! She was on my ex husbands side the whole time for our custody case. Wasted a whole day at meditation and she wanted me to just sign an agreement that had nothing in it I wanted. Also my ex husband is thousands of dollars behind in child support and she really didn’t care to make him start paying it or take him to court for contempt so I could get the money I needed. Thankfully I got a new lawyer to take on my case and he couldn’t believe her work so far! Stay away unless you wanna lose...
