Was very thankful to have Ms. Young with me as I went through my divorce. She was quick with responding back to me with questions or concerns I had through the process. Her assistant Kelly was also very helpful. They made the tough road of going through a divorce more manageable. She made sure everything was taken care of and was done to not have any bumps once we went to court.

Hiring Diana Young was the worst decision I've ever made.

First off she showed up to my hearing 45 min late without notifying the court of her previous conflicts ( that doesn't help your case in front of a judge).

Secondly she failed to arrange for a court reporter to be present after I had asked her to ( effectively destroying my chances for an appeal).

Thirdly she failed to argue my case effectively her lack of knowledge on my case was apparent in regards to what would be allowed to be argued in front of the judge. She also didn't ensure that all my witnesses where heard and left a lot of evidence off the table that would have helped me.

I ended up dropping her and hiring a new attorney to try for my appeal. I can't hold her responsible for the outcome of my case but her lack of professionalism didn't help.

Mrs. Young was my attorney when I was considered a minor. I had received a super speeder ticket on my way to school and Diana helped me get it off my record with minimal community service and a defense driving class. She attended court with me on both of my trial dates and took the confusion out of traffic court. Using The Young Law Firm made the experience a lot less scary. Diana Young is a terrible attorney whatever you do do not go to her I hired her to do a simple legitimation and joint custody case she talked a great game before she received her retainer fee after that she act like she didn't even know me i could not even get in touch with her and she stopped answering any of my calls or returning any of my calls she screwed it all up, she did not even file the paperwork from the server she just didn't give a damn.

I paid her a $2500 retainer fee she did not even use all of the retainer fee and did not even give me A refund for unused hours out of the retainer fee I asked her for a copy of all hours that she worked on my case I still have not heard back from her or her office no we should give me a copy of the hours that she was supposed to have used from the retainer fee

Whatever you do do not hire her for no reason

I would HIGHLY recommend Diana Young to anyone in need of family/child-custody representation. I live out of state and was concerned that I would not receive the same attention as a client that resides within GA but Diana consistantly communicated with me every aspect of my case and responded to every question I proposed quickly. Not only is she a technically savy litigator in the courtroom, she is an prolific advocator of her client's rights and emotional well being.
