Downfall:::They only take cash or checks but they tell you they take cards at the warehouse so if they tell you they take cards get that in writing!

This company not only provides awesome workmanship, the prices are affordable and they go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company who is reliable, honest and does great work! We love our new granite!

They did an amazing job. Great people. Let my husband and me pick out our granite right there in their warehouse, how we wanted cut for our counter tops, and they did exactly what we requested. They did an outstanding job

I had them do my granite countertops. On the day of installation, I was happy enough with the job they did until I found a big spot on the brand new countertop. I asked the installer guy about it and he said it was a part of the stone. This spot was very obvious and looked like a big stain ruining the look of the rest of the countertop.

I asked if they could replace that piece or at least give me back some of the money I paid them. Basically I was told no. The lady in the office actually said "it'll grow on you". There was no empathy and no attempt to make any kinds of amends. Their attitude was like " live with it!". So i wasn't happy with that.

Other things to note is that the process takes 2 weeks. They accept cash or check only -no credit cards. They charge for cutting out the sink. You can buy the sink from them or get your own sink. The countertop itself was installed well and looks shiny and professionally done. They will extend to make a little bar if your space allows. So that part was good.
I am just very sour because I paid for new countertops for thanksgiving and I got a countertop with a big stain on it making it look spoiled from day 1. Then I was basically told to suck it up. Hope that doesn't happen to you!

They did a great job on my granite countertop installation. They were patient, professional, meticulously detailed, arrived when they said they would, and cleaned up very well after installation. I could not be happier. And their price was very fair. I highly recommend them!
