They are Con-Artists The whole company! RUN!!!!!!

Poor service they had my eviction case for 3 months and result was nothing... even court make the judjement againt me even though they lie to me ......then they widlow the case by doing fals signature..... just wasted of time to go there.... not professional at all.

Came in here to get my paperwork done doing a response to my case. The waiting room was empty as I did go in early they had a TV there with movies on as I wait which was nice. The wait wasn't long. Talked to one of the paralegals there asked a ton of questions as I was unaware of what to do. After much consideration I decided to continue on with prep Xpress as they were very professional. And so glad I did.

Sometimes their quick about your case sometimes they can take forever

I shouldn’t even give them one star they are awful they lie to you i caught them in so many lies she didn’t even start my paperwork until I started complaining and its been since oct of last year she started i am so frustrated i might file a small claims case i am going to talk to a lawyer Monday. Who ever is reading this the advice is not to use them they are no good

They never answer their phones, they were quick to take my deposit but are not responding to questions i have nor do they return any calls or emails. too good to be true

great customer service friendly staff. gets the job done. is prompt with the time period it takes to prepare documents. court was impressed how professionally done my documents were. would definitely recommend and be back in case of future legal needs

Had a child custody case and I was going crazy because I had no clue where to start. I had a friend of mine that came here for his legal needs and he recommended them to me. So glad that he did. They gave me the outcome I wanted aNd I couldn't be happier

I went to prep xpress because i was looking to file for a divorce. they prepared my paperwork were very knowledgable and very friendly. would recommend to family and friends i looking forward to working with them again

I wanted to get a custody case started as i wanted full custody of my children they were very helpful with what steps i should take. i filed my paperwork with them and went to court and had the outcome i wanted thanks guys

I decided one day that its not too early to begin my living trust. I would like to leave my children something for when I'm gone they can remember me by. anyways i went in to get pricing for the paperwork needed to get that started. their prices are pretty reasonable i decided to start my paperwork. its never too early to prepare for the matters of life

Ill start by saying they are located down the street from the court house of riverside which was great. I was in the process of being evicted from my home by my landlord. I came in here and told them my situation they were very professional and good about hearing my situation. After finding out what to do i started my paperwork for my case. very helpful and friendly thanks again

Very helpful with the whole divorce process. They gave me all the information I needed to be prepared.

Overall great experience. My documents were prepared and filed at a respected time. Whenever I had questions they were there to answer them. Even if i asked the same questions more than once. Thank you prep press!

came in on 12/9/16 to get serve processing service, called Tuesday to get info, receptionist said would call me back & hanged up on me, never called back, 12/14 called in morning again, I was told I would get a call back 3:30pm no call, called again, placed me on hold for a long time. Said she would follow up to get info and place me on hold again for a long time. She had no answer, per their written information it has up to 5 days for 1st attempt, I was told over phone takes 5-7 days. She was rude after I told her they had bad customer service and provide incorrect information. Bad customer service, they were quick to charge above average, just though would be better service if paid more but they are the worst.

I have used Prep Xpress for over 8 years for my Divorce and Child Custody Issues. I have also recommended them to my Family & Friends. They are competitive when it comes to pricing. Give them a call. Family owned business. Great paperwork. My Attorney was impressed with the paperwork.

Horrible place to go never filed my papers for child court almost lost my son cause of them will never use again. And they wont refund your money going on 2 months n they said they mailed the check out . BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE is all i can say

This Place Is A Total Scam They lie about Doing What there supposed to do i hired them to respond to my paper work for a unlawful detainer an i hired there lawyer bad decision cause they just took that money, also they failed to do it correctly ,i ended up paying 600 $ For nothing!!! just to get evicted !!!anyway!!! now that im evicted i have to stay in a shelter These People Were The worsest decision i Ever Made ... Right Now im waiting in There Office Waiting For them to Do my Divorce papers in return of them doing nothing but take my money an get me evicted I hate this place An totally regret Ever Coming Here.They sucker me in with one of there ladys that was by the court house saying that they can help me with my paperwork i will never get help from those kinda people again.

The most unprofessional individuals I have ever met in my entire life.
They lie....with proof stating they filed what they needed to.... I have their emails.... They never did.... With proof from the courts...They cheat..... How? Well well well..... Where shall I begin? Ummm.... They give people the impression that they know what they're doing and either they don't know what they're doing or they choose not to do what they're supposed to do..... Steal ... Well.... They stold several hundred dollars from us with no results I have the proof I have receipts so if express you're saying this is slander it is not..... We've given them several chances to communicate and they completely ignore and hide from us....
Well if it means moving forward to help others that's exactly what I will do because as a county social worker that's what I do on a regular basis any how.....

Horrible service

Absolutely horrible service!!!!!!! AVOID!!! AT All COSTS!!! I refused to continue using their attorney because of him not being professional. I already paid in advance and they refused to give me my money right then and there. So I signed a form stating I'll get my full refund in 45 days. That was Feb 8th 2016..today is April 25th. I have called repeatedly to riverside location and rancho location to get any kind of answers and they hang up on me and don't return calls. Charles the manager at the rancho location promised he would get me answers now he won't return calls and hangs up on me. Lynette the manager at the riverside location that I originally went too ..well she has the receptionist in front give me the run around and say she's always gone. So I get transfered to her voicemail and she won't return my call. Please please please avoid this place at all cost. I am out 500 dollars! Its a total scam!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, unless you want to throw your money away. THIS COMPANY IS A J.O.K.E.... I've been waiting for a refund for over "45 business days" and heard nothing and transferring me to voicemails. Where no one is returning my calls or my money... A JOKE! RIP OFF! Calling BBB

Employed by a bunch of idiots who have NO clue as to what they are doing or saying. Unorganized, unprofessional, clueless, liars and crooks. Damien (manager) is the worst of them all. Non professional, a liar with an attitude problem, as well as Linelle or Linette, the other manager......useless.
I suggest you avoid this place at all costs. Hire an attorney instead; you will actually get what you pay for WITHOUT a problem.
I had to hire an attorney to sue prep xpress for breach of contract......well worth the $$$.

I went to Prep Xpress for help with my Divorce. Carmen was so friendly and she really explained everything to me. The prices were good and they let me make payments. I also sent my brother for his eviction and he was really happy. I will go there again and I will send all my friends or family.
