I have had to use Sentrex many times now. Tamra and her staff were always wonderful. I have ongoing child custody issues that always need something done for it. Every time I used their services, I was treated friendly, timely, professionally, and with great respect. Their customer service was excellent, their fees were low, and all my cases were filed on time. I even had to pay to use the attorney for court once, and he was a pleasure to work with as well. I will keep going here and will not go anywhere else. I have already used them a handful of times over the last year. Thank you Tamra and Sentrrx team! My son spent his first night home last night thanks to your amazing office. When I came to the court on Tuesday I was so worried I wouldn’t see my son again after his mom refused to bring him back. I was so distraught when I went to the courthouse and they gave me a large packet to fill out. I met you outside and you calmed me. Your staff worked extremely hard to get all of my concerns on the paperwork and to get me a hiring the same week. The Judge agreed with my concerns and now he slept peacefully in his bed last night. ATTENTION ALL MILITARY VETERANS and those who support US! First let me just start with facts about TAMRA Anderson before deciding on doing business with her. She is an LDA (Licensed Document Assistant) not a Paralegal (Paralegals work out of a Law firm) yet she introduces herself as one. She is not permitted to give legal advice. I hired TAMRA to do a Bifurcation to finish up my divorce. My bifurcation was never completed and filed. I paid TAMRA $1,800. She also has an inexperienced receptionist by the name of Yesenia who helps her not only with customers paperwork but also who is responsible for filing customers paperwork at the court house. This is what I witnessed because I was not only a client but she also hired me to market for her in front of the courthouse. So I seen and knew enough about how she did business and by than it was too late. I had paid her for services that were never rendered.

TAMRA and BONNIE of SENTREX Legal Document Preparation at the time knew my vulnerability due to my divorce situation and took advantage of me. They took my money and kept all my legal documents, and tried to blackmail me by using my case against me. For simply not wanting to continue working with them due to unpaid commissions owed. I wanted a refund for services not rendered and to return all of my legal documents to mine. TAMRA kept all of my original legal file and will not return it to me. They also knew I was 100% Service connected military veteran and knowing that I couldn't hold a job due to my injuries BONNIE added insult by stating to me, That I was the most paranoid motherf***er!! Please reconsider hiring them or doing any business with them, they start off very nice and professional, and will make you feel that they can handle your case 100%, instead of being honest with you. I've seen them give clients the run around. They are both dishonest and not competent in their work, they will only take your money and not take responsibility for their incompetence. DO NOT HIRE!

Tamara is a terrible person she threatened to withhold my paper work if I refused to take down my review off of yelp. Go to yelp people have been messed over so bad by her. She took my money and basically gave me the run around. She talks over you when you try to call she said I have a mental problem just because I've had to keep asking for my documents. She won't give me my original paperwork. She lies compulsively. She hung up in my face and told me There's something wrong with me when all I've done is ask for my documents that I paid for. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Then she comes on and makes her self sound so professional. And yes I am messengjng her and I'm gonna continue to messege her and contact her until I get my paper work back or my money. Talk in about I'm Harrassing you ......You think???? And please stop lying saying I've went to your house. I've been to your house once when I was invited when you took my money and my paper work and you've been giving me the run around ever since so be honest.

This office was a lifesaver. I came in to the San Bernardino office completely distraught. I wasn’t sure what to do I was losing my child and had a little money. Where do I start? I wish I could give them 10 stars . This company was extremely helpful. I had to do a name change petition it was very confusing to me. I walked into their office and immediately felt a relief off of my shoulders. They completed the work in a timely manner and kept in good communication with me throughout the process.
