If you're a woman, do not go to Victor Franco. I am one of approximately a dozen women that this man has stolen money from. He pretends to care at the beginning and then takes the money and runs. Please contact me if this guy has stolen money from you. We are putting a resolution together to stop this sexist thievery once and for all.

I think this guy is a scam artist be careful. He was extremely nice at first talked then after he takes your money he he is no where to be found he never filed my motions and his main number is disconnected

Went to Victor Franco to file motions for a custody case back in June. In the beginning he was very responsive, so we continued to use his services. However, when we required more motions to be filed it would take weeks before we got a response. We paid in full asked for copies of the files motions to have for our records and it’s been months and still haven’t received any copies. We made numerous attempts to get a response with no success. We have been nothing but patient but it has come to the point that the lack of response is beyond needing to be patient. Now we not only have lost out on the money we paid but we have to start the whole process over as well as the expense of trying to settle our case.
