I worked with Amanda Naples. She is bright and articulate...knows the law. The thing that was a problem in my case, is that I didn't feel she was aggressive enough in dealing with my ex and his attorney. If u have a situation where your soon to be is uncooperative... and his or attorney will stop to any level, this is not the place for you. Find an aggressive attorney group who won't tolerate game playing, and knows the ins and outs of legal accountability. You could spend a small fortune in attorney fees and walk away with no resolution. Attorney's come in all shapes and sizes. If your soon to be ex's and his attorney will play dirty and show no accountability...find yourself an attorney that will know how to address it, and put it to a stop. If you simply need a knowledgable resource/support system...then Amanda is perfect. Know what your dealing with.

I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The staff was warm and helpful and was always available to answer any questions I had at any time. I will always be grateful to them for making one of the worst times in my life a little less stressful by handling everything and making sure that I was at ease. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was happy to work with Amanda and her team, but unfortunately my case has gone on for more than 4 years with her and I am disappointed with my experience. I do have an outstanding balance, that of course needs to be paid but the fact that my co parent owes me over $50,000 and they weren’t able to help me get it collect from child support (because of my balance I owe the law office) they dropped me as a client. Now I have to go to child support trial and figure it out on my own. How can I afforded to continue paying when 1. My co-parent doesn’t pay what he owes me (even though he has a lawyer) 2. They know this and know that I have to support my kids on my own, but I know, It’s not their problem, because they aren’t getting money from me as quickly as they want it. I get it, I was only a priority when 3.5 years of payments were paid on time.

I won’t bore you with my experience with a divorce attorney in Temecula who charged me a base price and then changed extra for each time we went to court. She did as little as possible and I think wanted to go to court as many times as possible. Thank God I found Amanda Naples. After one visit to court every think was taken care of in a very professional and timely manner. I couldn’t be more happy with Amanda Naples and I would recommend her to anyone that is seeking a divorce.

They made our entire process easy. Unlike the previous attorney we used, they knew exactly what needed to be done.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND❗️❗️❗️❗️ Mrs. Murphy was excellent!!! She knew her stuff !! She was nothing but wonderful and understanding throughout the whole process. I would hear a lot of scams on attorneys but she was worth EVERY DIME !! Thank you so much ! She fought for my case and WE WON ! She’s great !! If I need an attorney I would be definitely contacting her again ! The staff is wonderful too !

After watching my grandchildren being used as pawns to hurt their father and his family I knew we needed a new lawyer. I asked around and found that: Cullen, Murphy Naples office Had a good reputation. As soon as we talked to Amanda Naples I knew we were in the right place she was professional, smart and knew exactly what we needed to do. Now we have very regular visitation at the very very happy family thank you Amanda!

I'm very disappointed in the way the attorney approached and handled our case. It seemed very apparent that other things were more important than the fact that my daughter was going through the scariest time of her life.
I also find it unethical that we were told we'd have to wait 90 days to get our file back and any of our money back.
To say we're extremely disappointed doesn't even begin to express our dismay.

We had a legal issue, and Heather Cullen and her team handled the matter with great professionalism. I was quite impressed with how organized and easy our entire process ended up being! I always hear horror stories when it comes to legal issues, but this was not the case with us. I believe we got service above and beyond what we paid for. I would call again this office if another issue presents itself in the future. P.S. Jill is the best!

This is my opinion and its based on my experience. I filed for divorce on my own, but then I came to The Law Office of Heather Cullen and Attorney Mrs. Murphy on a recommendation. I did not have a lot of money and told her I wanted to keep the fees to a minimum if possible and get this divorce done. My spouse is being difficult and demands more than her half. I only wanted fair, but this law firm could not get the deal done or even a trial date. Over several MSC's (Mandatory Settlement Conferences) and a few discoveries, I paid this Law Firm of Heather Cullen and Mrs. Murphy almost $18,000.00 over a period of a year all on my credit card. My divorce is still going. After my last MSC where I understood a trial date could be scheduled, Mrs. Murphy told me they had to schedule another MSC (The 4th). I wanted a trial date, but she couldn't get one. I felt Mrs. Murphy did not fight for me like I wanted. We wasted so much time and money with no results. I fired Mrs. Murphy and this law firm. Then I received an additional bill for over $500.00, which they did not provide an itemized bill. Their billing system is unorganized and unprofessional. Over the course of the year I was with them, I had to ask for an itemized bill more than once. So I am stuck with all this debt to pay off and still in the same spot I was when I filed for divorce on my own. I DO NOT recommend them. Their fees are ridiculous and over priced for what they did for me.

The legal team at The Law Office of Heather Cullen is wonderful. Heather Cullen and Valerie Murphy were great! My issues included divorce, kids, domestic violence, support and property. I never felt alone. I never got caught up in the phone system pressing buttons – a real person answered the phone and helped me every time. I did have to borrow money to get my case going – but the legal part of my case never got tangled up with the money part. This is a great office and I will always have them on my side.

My experience with my attorney was outstanding. My attorney, Jillian Duggan-Herd was extremely competent, plenty of background experience to help me know what I would and could expect, she was encouraging, compassionate, always available and made this painful process go as smoothly as possible. Family Law has got to be one of the most difficult fields of law and the people who work in it have to have not just a good legal background but huge doses of caring above and beyond the business level. This law office has it. Always met me with a smile and asked how I was and knew me individually not just as another client. I will always be indebted to Jillian and recommend her and this office to anyone who might need a family law attorney.

Although the representation was adequate, the case was heading to trial after years of failed attempts to settle with the ex. 2 years in and $40,000 in paid fees brought us right up to the trial date. 3 months prior to going to trial Heather's office insisted on $7,000 retainer fee to go to trial. At this point, we had borrowed money from family, friends, and taken out loans. I was forced into bankruptcy. I requested a payment plan but was instead "dropped" as a client. I had to go to trial "pro-per". The outcome is acceptable but would have been better to have my attorney who received $40,000 already provide a few more months of representation for me in the court room and with the end results of the exes lying, would have received the attorney fees that I was dropped for.. I had a need post trial to discuss a matter with an attorney so I called Heather's office. They insisted I pay a $400 fee just to meet. I have found other representation that has not charged to consult. I believe that this firm has talented attorneys that are more than capable of handling a case, but care mostly about the bottom line instead of the people involved in these long, drawn out, emotional family law matters. I understand they need to get paid, but in this case it was obvious that they made their money and when they were asked to extend a courtesy that would help get through the final and crucial stage of the divorce, the greed exceeded the compassion. It is sad but true, the only winners in any divorce case are the attorneys. Enjoy driving those Mercedes' while the people you represent make the payments for you...until they can't!!
