I hired Jeffrey Sherter as my lawyer for a guardianship case. I was charged $3,000.00 to be represented, as the case went forward and a trial was scheduled I was charged more money to be represented for the trial, I was charged $400.00 for a Declaration then $200.00 for a Declaration, the price never stayed the same. Every time a fee was asked of me I paid it. We were scheduled another court date in March I was asked to come to Jeff office 5 days after a court update and was told he was letting my case go, cutting back on cases and mines was one he was letting go, as I'm being told this he was interviewing a new client, I asked if he could at least do the next court date that he agreed on, I was told no. How do you just drop a case, give no references, is paid in full, and just walk away. My grandson is special needs and I have been fighting for his safety and I just felt like it was all about money, not the welfare of a child's life. This was not a good experience but by the grace of God I was able to find a new lawyer. He just gave up on me and my grandson. I will say his secretary Gabby is amazing, kind, and very understanding.

Paid $500 to have restraining order done, not only did he leave me there waiting forever, helped others while helping me, took me about 4 hours total wait time...then I finally go file the documents and the clerk gives them back to me. They were so many misspelled words including my name, case number was missing a letter, signatures missing and to top it off pages were missing. Clerk gave me 2 more packets/docs to fill out. Worst experience of my life. I paid him to take care of this for me so I wouldn't have to stress over it and I ended up doing it myself anyways plus down $500

Jeff is a great guy and very competent lawyer. He knows his stuff. He helped me with a child custody case that went well and also a bogus restraining order filed against me that got thrown out in court. I called around for pricing and he was very reasonably priced and worked with me on payments. Definitely recommend this firm to anyone needing legal representation with family law
