Little late on paying but payment has been sent.

I am a Process Server out of Las Vegas. This company hired me to do service of process. Invoices have gone unpaid, some are now over a year old. I have reached out in every way possible... process servers beware before accepting any work from this company. They have ducked and dodged my emails, letters, and phone calls. I have only reached Bill one time to tell me he's having a cash flow problem and wanted to make payments, and those payments have not been received. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

I did a rush service for this company with promise of prepayment via PayPal. I was on the road, and made the mistake of getting the job done prior to being able to send the invoice and secure payment. To date, no payment has been received for that invoice nor several other invoices I have outstanding from Nov 2019. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. CA SOS website shows their entity has been revoked due to non-payment of taxes as well.

I have done many services for them and they pay very slow. They agreed to pay via credit card and did but now they have not paid me for months. I will NEVER take anything more for them and will stop feeling sorry for them. I have just sent them copies of a judgment i intend to file in the morning

If you are a pro se litigant, they will not do business with you. These people shouldn't even be in business. When I finish the other case, I just might start filing some complaints against them
