Having just received my greencard, I can highly recommend the services of Wolfsdorf. Specifically, I had a terrific experience with Richard Yemm and his legal assistants Alyssa and Jarrod. Richard was recommended to me by a friend and was warm and accommodating throughout our correspondence.

Before I was sure that self sponsoring for an EB-1 was the best idea for me, Richard patiently spent time with me on the phone, introducing me to possible avenues to pursue. From that call, through the gathering of personal endorsements, too preparing me for my interviews, Richard and his team had me covered with grace and professionalism.

For further skeptics, its worth mentioning that during the process of preparing the EB-1 submission I had to clear certain articles with legal executives from my place of employment. My employers legal team is extremely conservative and are cautious about anyone who self sponsors outside their guidance. When they heard I was being represented by Wolfsdorf, they sighed relief and told me that "those guys will have you covered, just follow whatever they tell you to do". Apparently one of our lawyers used to work with the Wolfsdorf group and had nothing but good things to say about their competency.

Their team were professional, knowledgable, straight-forward and attentive in all the steps of the preparation and filing process. I and my wife filed our I-485 applications and attended the interview together based on my approved EB-B I-140 application. My I-485 was approved in Jul. 2019. Unfortunately, my wife received a Notice of Intend to Deny (NOID) in Oct. 2019, because she was a member of a youth organization associated with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and it requested us to reply within 33 days. Our I-485 attorney provided bad advice before our interview, who informed us that it should be fine as long as my wife stated that her youth organization membership was a social norm, and she did not join the CCP. As a result, we did not prepare sufficient documents during the interview, and she received the NOID. After she received the NOID, our I-485 attorney showed low confidence to fight it, but suggested us to find another attorney to file a I-601 waiver. Before reaching out to Wolfsdorf Rosenthal LLP, we have contacted many attorneys, and they all show low confidence in this matter as well. Lawyer Bernard Wolfsdorf and Lawyer Eva Yang were the first ones that showed high willingness and confidence to work with us to fight the NOID, and we are grateful that we chose the best lawyers to support us. Long story short, Eva put together a strong response in about only two weeks, and my wife was approved within three weeks after we filed the response. They are very professional, easy to work with, and get the job done. We highly recommend them.
