She was very professional and super helpful because I don’t know much about legal information so she really put things into perspective for me. Yes, they’re cut is pretty high compared to other firms I looked into but I’m glad I chose to work with them. They work hard on your case and it really shows. Supposedly, Shergerian is "The Peoples Attorney". Well, apparently my husband is not "the people" enough, as he contacted them through their website and made repeated phone calls over several days. They couldn't be bothered to make even one courtesy call back. I guess if the case isn't news worthy, they aren't interested.
In fairness, he didn't say he was the attorney for the common little people!

I contacted Shegerian and Associates requesting a consultation. It took them ONE MONTH just to see me for the initial consultation. The attorney who I met with came across as an airhead right out of law school. All she did was play with her contact lenses and ask general intake questions; she was not capable of ANSWERING any questions. At the end of the "consultation," she told me she and the other attorneys at the firm would review my case and get back to me to let me know whether the firm could represent me. ONE WEEK later I received a call informing me that the firm could not represent me. Naturally, I wanted to know why. I was told that it was company policy not to disclose the reason (s) why the firm declined cases. What a complete waste of time! They advertise "free consultations," but I guess, as with everything, you only get what you pay for, because this firm's consultations are worthless.
