Matt is always so helpful and knowledgeable about any landlord tenant question I’ve had. He is also always available to help and consult on various issues over the years. I’ve met and know a few attorneys with his credentials but he surpassed them by far and is really understanding and reasonable. I highly highly recommend him!

Matthew Abrams is OUTSTANDING! He was the attorney for an independent feature film I produced and directed. I could not have completed the project without his dedication to making sure we handled all the legal obligations. More importantly the film would not have gotten the distribution deal we got if it weren't for him taking care of all the SAG agreements, music licenses, and contracts. Matthew is reliable, patient, ethical, knowledgeable, and dedicated. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend utilizing him for your legal needs.

I went to Mr Abrams for common tenant/landord issues that were as clear as day. I was then duped and pawned off onto another lawyer Matthew Eandi under the guise that Mr. Abrams was bringing on someone to help. That was not the actual situation though. For whatever reason that wasn't made clear at all, Mr. Abrams wasn't able to take the case to trial on his own. Again this was not mentioned in the reasoning of retaining another lawyer mind you. So, now I was paying for 2 lawyers..
In the case process, Mr. Eandi basically took over completely and proceeded to do things how he felt best for his comfort and work load and did not have my best interest in mind. He was cold, pushy, dishonest, and took weeks at a time to respond to complaints of multiple billing errors. I complained repeatedly to Mr. abrams but at this point he was simply playing outside perspective.
After finally parting way with Mr. Eandi's firm I was now stuck high and dry with a lawyer that I hired that couldn't do anything and the original complaint I wanted to file suit over, hadn't even been filed!!!! Mr. Abrams told me he would help me find another lawyer, but after asking two other lawyers he simply gave up and told me I had to now do it.
I am now thousands of dollars in debt., I was forced to settle and move when I should have undoubtedly stayed and fought since the case was as much of a slam dunk of a case that there could possibly be but no I was pushed to settle inc the lawyers didn't want the hassle of a trial (to their own admission) I'm now in a much harder position and received absolutely no help whatsoever but payed over 4,000$ for services.
I would like to mention that Mr. Abrams seems like a nice guy that really screwed up and tried to correct a very bad situation he created, but thats really not the case. Yes , he seems like a nice guy but most lawyers do, but given the facts, he duped me and then did little to best to remedy the problem he created. . Therefore I simply can not trust that his kindness is genuine, and wether he seems nice or not doesn't negate the hell I went through and the poor position I was forced into after seeking legal help for a cut and dry case that took a year of my time which is everything to anyone.
