Extremely rude called for assistance and she hung up on me and said she doesn't help and ended call She didn't even give me a chance to explain what I was trying to say that I was a tenant of a badd landlord as soon as she heard the word landlord she hung up the phone on me do not contact this lady.

This attorney should be the Judge in Dept 94, her knowledge of the law is way above anyone I've, dealt with, and beats any commissioner and Judges on the bench. . Her loyalty to tenant's rights is so admirable. No one will fight for your rights as well as she does. As to the artificial obnoxious perfumes and cosmetics ( she can't tolerate), she is right on. It's toxic and offensive.

Sonya Molho is OUTSTANDING! She helped me fight Bus Blakely, a landlord in Santa Monica who was unfairly evicting rent control tenants. She is tough, but wise and very no nonsense. This woman is totally out of her mind. It is like walking into a time warp of insanity. She had me in her office no joke for 12 minutes in which she barely let me speak. She then abruptly got up and asked me to leave "I don't have to sit and argue with you, GET OUT!"
