David and John represent my family against St. John of God. The nursing home provided my non diabetic mother, diabetic drugs, knocking her into a coma for five days. She was never the same and passed shortly afterwards. The nursing home is doing everything to prevent our day in Court. David defeated their first attempt to push it into arbitration and recently argued again in the Court of Appeal. While they are relentless against the defendants, they treat their clients like family. We need more lawyers like David and John.
