I was involved in a 5 vehicle accident December 2018. I contacted attorney Tynesha Rhodes Walls soon after. I was initially impressed with her promptness in returning phone calls as well as her knowledge of accidents. Although not an attorney, I was a claims processor for 13+ years and am quite knowledgeable of the claims process. The questions I asked which I already knew the answer to but was testing her knowledge, she immediately answered correctly. I felt comfortable with her professionalism and THOUGHT she would be the perfect fit for my case. Everything started out great and her paralegal was just as knowledgeable and efficient as Ms Rhodes Walls. Soon after, the paralegal left and everything went downhill. I went into her office for a face to face meeting, was shown a “draft” of what was allegedly already sent to the at fault party’s insurance company. When I requested, on numerous occasions that the original document be uploaded to my case file, there was excuse after excuse and finally after a couple of weeks of this, I was advised it had never been filed. Everything was blamed on the new paralegal. I spoke with Ms Rhodes Walls again, was told I had a good case, everything looked good, all medical records had been received, my demand would be sent by a specified day and I would receive confirmation. That day came and went with no contact until I reached out to her and was then told she didn’t have all of the medical records. That was over a month ago. I have since reached out twice, NO RESPONSE. And I do have proof of all correspondence between myself as Ms Rhodes Walls. A case that should have been settled by now, 6 months later, still hasn’t began. The constant lies and now lack of communication is unsettling and unprofessional. I would not under any circumstance recommend using this attorney.

All of my client's know that I am always available via text message and office phone. I run an extremely professional practice. Every case is different, thereby making every client different. I respect my clients who show me respect. I am not an office that tries to punish the other party. When their are children, I do what's in the children's best interest. If a "prospective" client does not understand, then I will not waste their time moving forward and accepting their case. I do not accept everyone's case- I accept the good cases with a client who has realistic expectations and has their children's best interest and not their own selfish interest. So please take what some disgruntle people (who are not clients or cases that were rejected by my office) comments with a grain of salt. It's quit normal for any attorney to have more than one case on that particular day.

You cannot make everyone happy, but one common thread among the people who make an effort to leave negative reviews are the people who THINK they have a great case and MORE THAN OFTEN during the pending case facts or information is discovered that's not so favorable and they end up not having good cases. They are the clients who THINK they deserve EVERYTHING out of a divorce and have UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS IN COURT. Cases are won not just based on an attorney but on the individuals situation at that time. Simply because a client may feel they deserve 100% of everything- the decision is in the Judge's hands at the point of trial.

Also, you have to pay your attorney hourly- the client's you work out payment arrangements with tend to be the ones that demand the most of your time and expect you to be on call 24/7 without paying for your time. They are the exact same clients who posts negative comments on google and other review sites in a desperate attempt to ruin someones credibility instead of focusing on meeting their payment arrangements with their attorneys.

Fist of all Tyneshia Rhodes is all about the money and she is very unprofessional. I spent months trying to get a change of custody hearing with a judge only for her to botch up the paperwork and then trying to manipulate on more monies, she's rude, lazy, and very unprofessional. Run from this lady because she is very unprofessional.

Attorney Rhodes is a very knowledgeable attorney with expertise in the family law field. She actually CARES about every one of her clients, and she takes every one of her cases very personally. She has been around enough to know not only other attorneys, but the judges in the area that the cases go in front of. By investing your money on her, you are getting a next level of service that is not easily found with any other attorney. I don't know what that other review is talking about, because Ms. Rhodes fees are worth every penny, and she takes the time to research the case facts. I know that in family law a lot of the negotiating is done outside of court, and she spends the time to really negotiate and fight for you for the long run. I highly recommend attorney Rhodes!

Mrs. Rhodes is a nice person, but she was unprepared, returned late from the lunch recess, and was working with another client during my divorce trial and used an incorrect idiom referring to squeezing blood from an apple instead of a turnip. The judge even corrected the idiom. It was a total disappointment and worked against me in the judgement. I probably could have represented myself and had a more favorable outcome.

My experience with Mrs. Rhodes and everyone who works for her has been wonderful. When I moved from GA to MA my ex filed custody paper so I had to find a lawyer who can represent me from long distance. Mrs.Rhodes has been representing me for 2 years and it has been the best experience of my life. My daughter went to visit her father and he refused to return her twice and Mrs.Rhodes took my case and fought very hard for me and was able to get my daughter back and had my case transfer to Massachusetts. She is very experienced and knows what she is doing. She was there for me when I felt the world was crushing on my chest, she replies to emails, messages and text right away! She kept me posted on everything she was doing and when she said she was going to do something SHE DID IT! MRS. RHODES SET WITH ME IN HER OFFICE UNTIL 8:30PM TO GO OVER MY CASE! I did not find Mrs. Rhodes very professional. After driving 45 minutes out my way to meet her she did not even give me the courtesy to apologize for not showing up. Then when we agreed to meet the next day she never gave a time. When I informed her of my dissatisfaction she was rude and unapologetic. She gave the excuse of having 5 hearings. Everyone is busy in life. Pick up the phone and notify a customer if you cant make it. I found she had no respect for my time. Very tacky practice.

Let me begin by saying this law firm is outstanding!!! My ex-husband took me back to court in November of 2013 to modify or terminate my alimony.
