This was horrible service from Lionel Kennedy. I was trying to get a free consultation for my situation and I requested an appointment but instead I received an email from Mr. Kennedy. After a few emails back and forth I tried to speak with him directly regarding my options and his demeanor was just nasty. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this firm.

I am disgusted with the way this firm handles potential clients. I called in a left a message for Stacey Butler after finding her information through a Google search. About 5 minutes after leaving a message I get a call back from a man at the firm, maybe an assistant or something. Anyways he was so aggressive with me, borderline yelling and very condescending. Asked me why I called and I told him I found her info online and saw she handled bankruptcy and asked if she specialized in Ch. 7 filings. His response “Umm, of course she does ma’am…. That’s what consumer bankruptcy is…” Excuse me. I’ve never done this before. I called to get help on this matter not to be insulted about the fact that I didn’t know what I was doing. I told him I felt the conversation was getting aggressive and was going to go and he said “Ok, good. Don’t call back!” Are you kidding me?! The sad part is, is that Stacey Butler might be a fantastic attorney but due to this employee I’ll never find out and definitely won’t be spreading good things about my brief experience!

NOTE TO STACEY: If you lost potential business due to this gentleman with me then I’m sure it’s happening on a daily basis. Reevaluate your staff and their attitudes!
