Regan is a very good Attorney. Not only did he represent me vigorously but you can tell he cared. Every step along the process I was updated and educated. I would definitely refer them to anyone in need of representation.

The service and resolution that I received from Mr. James Radford was more then exceptional. The knowledge and expertise he has is very impressive. Not only did Mr. Radford ease my concerns and listen to everyone of my questions, he also returned every phone call and email in a timely manner.

I was quite pleased with my results and I urge everyone to utilize Radford & Keebaugh for their legal needs.

I just spoke to a very ill informed legal representative, who informed me while smacking her lunch in my ear. She doesn't know of any laws that protect gender..... Really from a Civil Rights Law office. Lazy just a lazy disgrace to this practice, watch who you allow to answer your phone.

I was quite impressed in my dealings with Radford and Keebaugh, and specifically with James Radford. He not only explained everything to me so that I could understand it, but he listened well too. During my hearing, he was professional and clearly experienced with this work. I highly recommend this firm to any and all who may need their services.

So happy to have found this group – they are highly effective, easy to work with, and truly look out for your best interests. It was such a relief to have someone in my corner during a really difficult time. My only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner!

Attorney James is a thorough professional. He understood my case, and handled it with precision. He worked at lightning speed and resolved my issue in less than a week. James was truly God-sent in our crucial time. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking representation.

I’m so glad we found James Radford. After an accident involving our baby, he handled our personal injury settlement. He took care of everything during an overwhelming time. Great guy and great to work with.

Awesome awesome group of Lawyers!!! James Radford saved me life. He took my high profile case and litigated it for four years pro-bono. I was sued for 30 Million dollars on a defamation case. My first amendment rights were violated and that case was ultimately Dismissed with Prejudice. Today I’m a National BestSelling Author and Television Personality sharing my journey with the world thanks to James and his awesome team of lawyers. If you have ANY doubt about his services you can pick up a copy of my Latest book Dismissed with Prejudice, Reality of Truth and see for yourself EXACTLY how he won my case! kudos to you James and THANK YOU AGAIN!!! Blessings to you and your family FOREVER. ~ Angela Stanton

I am glad I chose Attorney Radford to handle my case. I had a difficult case that I almost didn't pursue because I initially thought it wouldn't be worth the fight or the bother. But I knew I was in the right and if only the right person believed in me and listened to my situation then maybe there was a chance. James was that person. He believed in me and he knew that my college was dead-wrong for how they mistreated me. James was very professional and offered great advice and direction on how we should proceed. He was attentive and kept me in the loop on everything that was happening all the way to a victorious end. I almost wish I had another case to fight just so I could use him again. He is a great attorney!

Mr. James took on a difficult case with me and ultimately won it. Kept me informed along the way, was professional and understanding. My case was won. I have the misfortune of needing an attorney again and I 1000% would not go elsewhere. Mr. James is an excellent attorney and gets job done and done right. I highly recommend him to anyone who is experiencing troubles in the workplace.

I had never been paid my overtime wages from BP so I decided to call Radford and Keebaugh. They took my case and won more than the actual damages. They were fast and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone with a legit claim against an employer! Thank you guys!

From the moment I entered his office I knew attorney Radford was the right attorney to represent me in my case.
He was extremely professional but most importantly very compassionate, and understanding of my sensitive situation. Unlike most attorneys, Attorney Radford has a very calming and amiable personality which puts you at ease. He makes you feel comfortable so that you can discuss even the most sensitive issues of your case. I very highly recommend him and his firm for representing you, especially if you have sensitive issues regarding race relations. His ability to relate and empathize are impecapable! He is absolutely the best choice!
I hope to not need his services again, but should I, hands down, I will go with him..

While I didn't end up working with these guys I was very pleased with the initial consultation. Had I had a legitimate case I am sure they would have taken it and I would have been happy to work with them. Either way, the consultation was thoughtful, insightful, and appreciated. Thank you again.

Let me first say this it is very unfortunate that I find myself writing this review. In spite of the reviews represented here, my experience with Radford and Keebaugh was a quite different one. After seeking legal consultation and representation for an unemployment appeal hearing, I did some research and stumbled upon Radford and Keebaugh. I was very impressed with their reviews. I initially had spoken with April Lee regarding my case. After talking to April about my case, she got back to me after consulting with James. I was told that the particulars of my case met the criteria for me to proceed with an EEOC charge. Mind you, I had no idea what an EEOC charge was or what it entailed. April informed me that James expressed to her that he would represent me at my unemployment hearing in addition to providing me with a discount if I was willing to move forward with filing an EEOC charge. I moved forward. I presented an extensive and thorough collection of documents to help me in my case, and I assumed I would be provided with satisfactory representation for the hearing. Additionally, I assumed I'd be assisted or coached in preparation for the hearing and advised on what to expect. The attorney who represented me at hearing, James, did not speak with me prior to the hearing, nor after. I was cross examined and felt very ill equipped or prepared for the hearing, and I was disappointed because I felt as if I had essentially paid Radford and Keebaugh to represent myself. My unemployment was denied. Nevertheless I moved forward with the EEOC in hopes of a better outcome. April took the lead on my EEOC case. It appeared as if April was confident in the potential results for my case. Although April was nice and tried her best to put my mind at ease in regards to the case, I felt as though the effort and commitment to my case was substandard. After not hearing from April for quite some time, I followed up with April to notify her of my dissatisfaction with dealings of my case. She offered to refund me my money personally, as if she knew that there had been a lack of effort exhausted on their end. Before moving forward with a refund, April insisted she'd speak with James first, and for the first time since I started this process, over a year ago, I actually spoke with James Radford. I was told that I would not be given a refund, and he consistently denied informing April that they'd take my unemployment case on the basis of me filing an EEOC charge. His rebuttal was that the work done on the EEOC was more than what I'd been charged for the unemployment hearing (which doesn't make sense, since he informed me that lawyers don't get paid on the front end of EEOC charges), that I wouldn't receive any type of refund, and that my only option was to go with another attorney if I wanted them to stop working on the case, otherwise, they'd continue to work the case. 3.5 weeks later, I receive a email notice from a legal assistant that I do not know or have any rapport with, that they are "unable to commit to proceeding with a lawsuit." I consider one of several things happened; either I was misinformed by April Lee before taking on Radford and Keebaugh as my legal representation, April was misinformed by James, someone dropped the ball, or I was mislead into paying a fee for the convenience of subpar legal work. Hopefully my review won't be blacklisted and my claims won't simply be refuted. Proceed in hiring this firm at your own discretion.

Caleb Gross is an amazing attorney that helped me to win my unemployment case against my former employer. He always made himself available to answer any of my questions or responded to me in a timely and professional manner. He worked hard to get me the best outcome and I was completely satisfied with the results of my hearing. I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking representation.

I'm not usually one to write reviews but I felt the need to share my wonderful experience with Radford & Keebaugh. I was discriminated against at my old job and didn't know what to do about it and, honestly, was scared to do anything about it. I met with James Radford and he helped calm my nerves and helped me understand that what happened was not right and that it's ok to have a voice and stand up for what is right. He kept me up to date every step of the way and went over every possible outcome. My discrimination was a very traumatic experience but with the help of Mr. Radford I was finally able to begin the healing process. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome of my case and really appreciated his level of professionalism and his kindness and understanding. He was the voice I didn't have and I will eternally be grateful for him and his hard work.

I am an attorney who does not practice discrimination law but a case fell in my lap that I just had to take. I went to a CLE at the Georgia Bar center on litigating a discrimination case. James was one of the lecturers at the CLE. After he was done giving his lecture I introduced myself and he gave me his card. To my surprise, we both worked in the same building in Decatur. James did outstanding work with me and he helped me get a great report and recommendation that denied summary judgement which the District Judge adopted. James is a superb writer and very thorough. He gets things done very quickly and he is easy to work with. I highly recommend James.
