He has cause me severe harm which were exacerbated by failing to timely prepare and respond to pleadings, failing to appear in court, even under court order, failing to respond to emails, phone calls and text. By the way it is a waste of time to file any bar complaint against him, they claim they have over 14 cases pending against him at the Georgia Supreme Court for more than 2 years. This same State Bar show him in good standings. Yet I received a letter from the Georgia Appeal Court more than a year ago stating he could no longer practice before them because he owe them over $24000. Yet the State Bar saids he is in good standing and the Attorney General office is ok with the State Bar Self managing the criminal and unethical practices of its own! Tell me what is wrong with this picture? In the meantime I have lost over $100000 to this Scam of an attorney who like Grady do the same as many here are complaining! The State Bar and the Attorney generals office are “enablers”! They are supposed to be established to protect the public! They clearly are not. The other matter, they make it impossible for the public to sue these egregious attorneys for malpractice without having one of their piers provide and affidavit! I suggest we all come together and move for an investigation on all sides of this matter. 1 + 1 do not = with this setup! Something is very wrong I am willing to bet all. I hired attorney Roberts in March of 2016 for a landlord tenant case, my wife and i paid him $1000.00 for a case that he never settled. When my wife went in to have an initial consultation with him, he explained that he would take care of everything and that he wouldn’t let the case get out of hand. That was not true! When my wife went to see him again he asked for my money and never gave an update on the case. We have tried to call and email him and he never gets back to us. His staff changes constantly and they tell you what you want to hear to get you off of Attonery Roberts back. I to am filing a complaint with the bar against attorney Grady, because he has taken our money and now we have negative reporting against our credit. He should be ashamed.

He's a Fraud we paid this man money form 2014- 2016 he never got us a court date. We was illegal evicted our of our home home in October 5, 2015 he was supposed to file a lawsuit it never happen. Then in November we got more papers for Eviction he never went to court on the court date in December 2016. Grady is a Big Liar gave me fake Docket Number. He got at least 15 Grand he started asking for money Fee of 500.00 dollars we told him No. then he ask for 350.00 a month starting March got an Check from my bank for 2400.00 I then after 350.00 - July when I stopped paying. Then he stop answering calls or returning calls. He told me please help a Brother out. The End Results we was evicted on February 5 lost our home. He still lied up until I had enough.. Grady has two pending case against him in Supreme Court right now. He also has a Bench warrant also. He can't even go in the Dekalb County Court at time. We had our home for fourteen yrs. Goggle him in paper for filing fraudulent papers work. I'm in the process of getting him Disbarred for life. We don't want anyone to get burned like we did. Run Fast Quick and a Hurry. He will lied to you with a straight face he waited to they evicted us to file paperwork that should have been filed since November 2016. So please if you want proof look me up I got all the proof.
