The attorneys, and paralegals we’re always great to work with and communicated information honestly. Reception and front desk staff are not the nicest people to deal with. They usually would seem very irritable when answering the phones. That’s the one negative experience I had and it was very consistent through my bankruptcy process. If it wasn’t for the attorney and paralegals professionalism I would not have recommended anyone to King and King. The front office is the first line of communication....they need some training on communication and phone etiquette.

So it was my 1st Time that I was going to be Garnished I didn't know what to do.
