Worthless!!! If they don't get the opportunity to take your case right away, and then you try to revisit it from a different angle... For example, leaning more toward a negligence case as opposed to a malpractice case, and you are still within the statute of limitation, they will not help you at all!!! Waste of time... Don't fall for what their website says... They are no different than any other law firm out there!!!

The lawyer called me back,can't rember his name, he asked his questions, I answered them. He could not focus long enough to find out what I was even talking about. Think they have too much buisness
I am a registered nurse from New York for over ten years, I know neglegence when I see it.
I was complaining about a botched abdominal wound from a neglegent doctor who has yet to address our issues of a unnecessary wound that should have been closed properly the day of the surgery. The abdominal surgery was subsequent surgery that accompaines a a tumor removal the lawyer focused on the tumor removal is not on my list of complaints.
Maybe the lawyer should consult with his pannel of medical experts before calling or do a conference call with the client and the panel of expertsexp gain a better understanding and not be so quick to dismiss before understanding the facts of the claim.
I read the reviews and noticed one thing, it's from other professionals that work with them someone even said they were nice people, this guy hung up on me after he finished reiterating rudely that this is not a case he would be interested in pursing. The entire conversation felt like I did something wrong, maybe wrong by contacting them. I. Writing this review so other people don't waste thier time. It's unfortunate that they seem jaded or bombarded. I hope I just caught this guy on a bad day. I thought lawyers had to listen too.
I seriously hope this review changes something.
