Noone likes going to court but I was glad I had attorneys who KNOW what they are doing.

Top notch service. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs legal.

If anyone from Willis and Associates law firm contacts you about an accident you was involved in, I would advise you to hang up the phone. Do not allow anyone to represent you. If you do, do not expect professionalism. No one will keep you inform about the case. Phone calls will not returned. You will not receive a settlement but you will accrue doctor bills that you will be responsible for paying. It is a lost case working with this firm. Do not expect superior service. The level of service must depends on the amount if there is a settlement. This law firm will seek you out but will not fight for you. This law firm does not deserve a star.

I injured my back and shoulder in a car accident of which my car was a total loss. Because of that, I missed days from work and needed some help navigating the insurance claim. Once I found Courtney Martin, she immediately starting working on my behalf. I first received a check from my insurance company for the total loss value amount plus another check for the insurance deductible amount. Later, I received a settlement check from the other party insurance company for all my lost wages, medical bills plus my pain and suffering very promptly. Courtney was an absolute pleasure to work with. She walked me through every step of the process and took the time to answer in detail every single one of my questions. I undoubtedly and highly recommend Courtney if you have an injury that deserves an insurance settlement.

My attorney Courtney Martin is very sweet, however the communication sucks with this company. It's been almost a year since my accident and I'm still waiting on my settlement. I understand that insurance companies stall, low ball you on settlements etc but at least keep me posted. I may have received 2 emails this whole time I've retained them, and only one of my calls have been returned. I sure hope this settlement is huge and maybe I'll have a change of heart, because the way that I feel now I will not be referring them

The worst injury company ever....I got in an accident back in August 2017 and still haven't received my 1st offer from the insurance company and its APRIL 2018....MY ATTORNEY COURTNEY NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND NEVER RETURNS MY CALLS....THEY TOLD ME MY CASE WOULD BE DONE IN 2MONTHS AFTER I FINISH GOING TO THE DOCTOR AND THAT WAS IS A LIE....IVE RECEIVED ONE EMAIL FROM THEM THIS ENTIRE TIME....I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL....THEY DONT HELP JUST BRING MORE FRUSTRATION BY GIVING YOU THE RUN AROUND....WILLIS AND ASSOCIATES SUCK WORST COMPANY EVER

Attorney Cortney Martin and Tanda are absolutely horrible. They are unprofessional, ghetto and tacky. Each time I've called they are never in their office or always unavailable, I had to do my own investigation on my case and felt robbed by having to pay them for work they didn't do. This law firm is a bunch of crooks, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I could go on and on about my experience with this law firm and Attorney Martin, the bottom line don't use them!

This is probably the most unprofessional law firm that I have heard of. I was involved in two separate accidents within a month of each other last year. I have received one phone and two emails which I initiated in regards to my case. I have left so many voicemail that I can't count that haven't been returned. Even the doctor who was treating me said that she couldn't reach my attorney .

can not recommend. The communication has dropped you now speak to an answering service. I actually recommended a person to them due to prior good experience. A year later they still have not received settlement. Each time they called it was something else like we need more paperwork. Honestly I cannot recommend. This was a good experience for once in my life. Don't usually trust lawyers but this firm made me feel like i was in good hands.

I had to bring in 5 missing medical bills,the chiropractor took more than a 3rd of my settlement that they send you to, which I never signed paperwork for a third, and none of my medical bills were negotiated down and don't keep you updated on your case. You have to constantly keep calling. You would think if they're seeking you out they would negotiate in your best interest...they didn't. Mine I got the short end of the stick along with my children...

The worst lawyer ever...took forever for our settlement to come....never answered the phone or kept us updated ...and we barely received any money even tho our car was totaled we missed work and both of us were in bad pain..I've gotten more money from wrecks that weren't near as bad....the amount me and my wife got together doesn't even add up to the fender bender amount I got with Ken nugent when I was in a wreck alone..very unprofessional please don't go to these people...I know I never will again!
