Friend had a car accident called for T Madden fo consultation. They booked appointment but advised she would have to drive to there office which was an upward of 25 miles away. She advised car was totalled and she was hurt so making the drive or getting a ride would be difficult. They never offered a phone consult or to come to her. She made the appointment anyway . In the meantime she contacted another firm. The other firm came to her for consult and she signed on with them. Because shw wasnt sure how appt would go with other firm, she never canceled appt with T Madden. T Madden never even called to check on her to see why she missed her appointment. Disappointing
