Had a closing here, IT WAS EMBARRASSING AND DISASTROUS. I believe Bileau was the closer. Now two buyers (husband and wife) are listed on the contract even though the mortgage would be in only one of the buyer's name. When the buyers are ready to sign the documents that is when we realize that the second buyer was not added so the deed would have been in only one of the buyer's name. Such a mistake should have never happened. It is obvious that they did not read the contract. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM.
