To start this review off let me just summarize my experience with the Swindle law firm as absolutely incredible. Initially the lawyer who picked up my case was Dane and he was very knowledgeable, courteous and understanding of my situation and he did his very best to negotiate the best possible outcome for my case. Somewhere along the line Jason took my case from his hands and while my experience with Dane was wonderful Jason did even better! Jason was able to negotiate deals with the prosecutor that I don’t believe many other lawyers could have managed given the circumstances of the case. In addition to that he showed genuine empathy towards me, I have required the services of a few other attorneys over the past few years and typically it is very apparent and observable to me that once they receive your money they begin to provide extremely lackluster service and the dialogue between you and them becomes short and tedious. This was exactly the opposite of what my experience with the swindle law firm was like, the more we discussed the case the more it felt like Jason showed a legitimate interest in my wellbeing and a desire to get my case resolved. Since I may not have been the best client that these two could have hoped for I never expected my case to be resolved as quickly as it was while also giving me the outcome that I had been praying for. if you are ever in need of a professional and understanding legal team and you are on the fence for any reason about making the decision to go with the Swindle firm my suggestion is to stop looking around and just go with them it will not be a decision you will ever regret . I just wanted to leave a statement commending Mr. Dane Garland and Mr. Jason Swindle on their exemplary work regarding my case. With my case, there were several extenuating factors which led to some extremely complex negotiations by Mr. Garland and Mr. Swindle on my behalf. Both of these lawyers worked tirelessly to convince the District Attorney that my situation did not warrant what the State Court was preparing to impose. Literally, the night prior to my court date, the District Attorney was still planning to charge me to the full extent of the law. Mr. Garland and Mr. Swindle continued working vigilantly throughout the morning, as other cases were being heard by the judge, and they were able to get the District Attorney to agree to a sentencing reduction.

I was fully prepared this morning to experience an extremely harsh situation, as the situation seemed to be nearing the point of no return. Mr. Garland and Mr. Swindle pushed forward in their fight for me, even when I had given up on it.
