Lady was very unprofessional and rude! Made me feel like i was bothering her being there. It’s already embarrassing seeking advice but to be treated and talked to like your less than nothing is unacceptable. This type of field sympathy or empathy is definitely an asset... and SHE HAD NONE.... she walked in with an attitude, gave me looks and demeanor as if i was a foreign object... and was very aggressive with her approach.... she even had the nerve to ask me why was i even there... i just walked out! In customer service ( which she chose) ... it takes minimum effort to be professional and nothing to be nice.... and she was neither. I called another location and Khriste ... from another location who knew NOTHING about the situation was very warm, professional and understanding..total 360!.. i don’t care if i have to drive an hour away... vs 15 from the Douglasville location... i will drive. I wouldn’t recommend the Douglasville location .... very insensitive!

Rude and very unprofessional are two words that immediately come to mind. If you care about who’s going to take care of your needs with genuine concern for your wellbeing, do not waste your time with Berry & Associates. I was told that Teresa R. Stephens was the best they had to offer. Ask for her if you want to sit front of someone who could care less about your situation, but expects you to be so understanding when she’s late for YOUR appointment. Ghetto with a degree!
