The Sampair Group helped me win a jurisdictional issue between two states. Despite the difference in time zones, I was satisfied with the responsiveness and communication via email and phone. I found Mr. Sampair to be knowledgeable, aggressive, no-nonsense, direct and to-the-point in the handling of my case. No one likes to spend money on attorneys, and in my opinion, the services were on the expensive side, but I consider it to be money well spent for a successful outcome.

Great lawyer in divorce. Straight with facts. Got a fair resolution. I had a different law firm pursue my case initially but after 14 months of them shuffling the same drafts over and over I fired them. They weren't cheap either ($2500 - $3500 a month). When Sampir took my case he lived up to his consultation. I got my divorce in about 3 and a half months. It was fair, the price was just, the whole firm was supportive and there was certainly NO nickeling and diming. Lessons: Hire an experienced Lawyer like Sampir who knows the law, is honest to lay it straight to you and also listen/follow his advice. I can go on and on but a word to the wise is enough.

Not trustworthy at all.
I initially thought I had someone that would fight for me. I paid a $4,000 retainer and they sucked it dry in 3 months without ever going to court. Then they said we need $1,500 more so I paid it. Then 1 week later they say we need at least $1,000 by Friday to represent you at an initial court appearance to set a court date. I pay them. Then a few days later they call and say we need $4,500 to show up on the court date. I tell them that I have been recently laid off from work and asked why they needed even more money after I just paid them another $2,500 on top of the initial $4,000 and it had now only been 4 months and we hadn’t even made it to court. They Said oh you were laid off then we’re going to have to pull ourselves off your case. I asked him if I could pay $500 a week up until the day of court and also asked if they had submitted the evidence that I had sent them. They responded with ” we can’t do that unless you pay the $4,500 we are requesting today. I was floored !! They stole my $6,500 and didn’t do anything for me at all. They had the evidence I sent them multiple times but refused to do anything for me unless I met their demands. They also added that the additional $4,500 wouldn’t be enough to cover the attorney’s cost of being in court that day and it would probably be a few thousand more just for her to show up in court for 1 hour!!!!!!! I’m a good father and because of these SCAMMERS I went to court and was destroyed because they literally CONED me out of $6,500 and didn’t do anything on my case!!!! BEWARE!!! The Sampire Group is a SCAM and so is Brandy Ramsay!!!!!

First of all I would like to thank Miss Ramsay. About a year ago I lost everything. My home my children everything. I did a consultation with Miss Ramsey the day after everything happened. There was no sugar coating she didn't try to fill me with hopes and dreams she told me the facts and laid down the realistic possibilities of fighting in family court.
Miss Ramsay and her paralegal never ignored me or made me feel like my case wasn't important to them. There were several Court hearings never-was Miss Ramsey late or unwilling to talk to me before the hearings.
She constantly kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on in my case. I did not feel that there was anything she did that I did not know.
I would suggest Miss Ramsay to anyone that is having any kind of legal family issues. She help me fight my OOP and was there with me through the entire process. Because of what happened I had not seen my children in a year. And because of Miss Ramsay I ended up getting 50/50 custody as well as joint decision making of my children.
Going through family court with an attorney as an extremely expensive proposition. But I say this with all honesty if you want a family attorney that is honest and will be there and listen I would suggest no one else than Miss Ramsay. And that every single penny you spend with her will be worth it.

When I walked in for my free consultation I met with Patrick. I was a mess when I walked in and had hope when I left. He gave me great advice from the get go that helped me move forward not only through the process of my divorce and also as far as custody goes. From the get go Patrick helped me to stay calm throughout this painful process. He helped me to focus on myself and stop worrying about my ex was doing since his accusations weren't true and I was traumatized. this place is not worth the time or money you spend on them. The office finance manager is a complete joke and is rude as hell. They dont care about you as a person, youre just another $4500 to them. Not to mention, the original child support papers they drafted up in my decree was reversed. They were trying to give him 4 extra days a month and make me pay $900 a month in child support. Biggest $2000 mistake....Rude rude administrator!!!!I asked for certain things morning of my hearing, well I tried, and was told to be quiet and let them work! Then again after the hearing, I tried talking to them about my needs still not being heard, they told me I should be happy I won and then refused me as a future client when I inquired why i was charged 2000$ for a 5 min case we got dismissed before it even started(again if would have LISTENED, I kept trying to ask for the other party for reimbursement but it was never addressed to the judge!!! Nothing I asked for was, and again when I called to ask questions or for an itemized statement, I was told, well you won didnt you??!Then proceeded to tell me I actually OWED them more but they would write it off????And Im the one who did all the running around to the courts!!??!Patrick is a great attorney, sometimes so good he doesnt listen to his PAYING CLIENT and its cost me a lot more now, like my daughter, if he would have addressed my concerns initially, but you know attorneys, only caring about the money, not the children they hurt in the process and thats what no one cares about...what happened after you were done with me!! its been hell that you could have eleveated if you just would have listened and done what your paying client asked

Going through a divorce weeks after having twins is a battle I wouldn't wish on anyone. I did not have nearly the strength needed to fight for myself - thank goodness I didn't have to! Having someone in my corner made all the difference.

I went into the Peoria office, off 75th Ave and Bell. I had a 315 appointment with Brandy Ramsay. I waited for 50 mins to be told that she only had 15 mins to spare if I wanted to see her for my appointment. She put a minimal amount of effort into trying to get me to reschedule, was very uninterested and indifferent. She did not apologize for making me wait that long, nor for not giving notification or the opportunity to reschedule before having to wait. She was rushed and really seemed as if she just wanted our conversation to end as quickly as possible in order to get back to what she was doing.

Gotta say, it must be nice to have enough clients and business that you don't have to worry about how you treat potential clients!
