I don't know how they got these good reviews but please don't make the same mistake i did. Very unreasonable and he didn't care about our case. If he paid a little bit more attention to the paperwork we had we could've win the case.
He showed up exactly 2 minutes before the appointment time and that's when he decided to review the paperwork that i had submitted to him almost two weeks before that day.
Adding to that it takes forever for someone to reach bach to you.

I would like to thank Nevine for her help to me over the phone although i am not her customer to ask about some points in a form as this is the first time to call them but they left an excellent impression Thanks again Nevine for your help.
