To me it was good in the beginning, my case took three whole years to settle and it still isn’t fully settled just yet. Towards the end I had to leave a lot of messages and emails because the response was fading and I felt alone. I had a hard time with my workers comp and to this day I still do, and I feel like I had a good case but it was settled for basically nothing, it definitely was not worth the pain and suffering that I still have to face today. I hope I didn’t make a mistake of choosing and going through with this group because I am the one that is going to suffer from back pain for who knows how long.

I will give this firm a FULL 5 stars because.. this journey began in the year 2012 I had lawyer before this firm but he was horrible nothing short of lazy.. so I was looking through avvo and explained my situation and the rest was history.. now please don't get me wrong iv bumped heads had disagreement with a few workers at this law firm HOWEVER,.. I'm a bit hot headed and very impatient at times so I'm sure iv caused most of the flare ups but I must say at the end of the day once the " fat lady" sung I'm a better person.. yes iv had a few associates Maria.. Silvia.. Johanna and Danielle, and maybe a few more but it NEVER stopped my case from moving full steam ahead, yes it has gotten frustrated because I couldn't speak to a particular person at a time but like I said I can be highly impatient so I own that.. my experience was very helpful.. emotional.. exciting.. this was a 5 and a half year journey so of course you're gonna go through some things but i can say with a clear and unwavering conscious that they have ALWAYS followed through.. took care of business in a highly professional way and the job got done they had my back from beginning to end tracy is a phenomenal women and I definitely recommend her all day every day she got me over the finish line fair and square she fought for me and iv NEVER second guessed her because she kept it real I will honestly miss them and wish them all nothing but the absolute best in all the cases they take because she is NOT one to play with.. thank you all that work here at this firm and keep up the great honest and professional work!!!

I am a current client in search of a new law firm. This office has had the highest turn over rate for the last year, they never return your call even though the phone message says return calls in 48 hours. Due to the constant change no one is ever really aware of your case so what needs to be done doesn't get done for months. I have had 3 case managers in the last year and it seems they either do not take notes on what you are calling about or they just do not care because their case load is so high that they don't have time. I have been told that unless your worker's comp case is being denied you are better off without an attorney because of the laws that have been enacted by our governer the attorney's are not as affective as they used to be.
