Due to a minor and unfortunate misunderstanding I found myself in need of legal advice. I sought an attorney who I felt was competent and ethical as is the hope of anyone seeking representation. I had seen the many advertisements around Phoenix for legal services and I have to say my hopes of finding what I sought were not very high . After many days of searching local listings I was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of poorly structured websites offered by a broad array of defense attorneys. I became disheartened as it appeared to me that many of the counselors were former prosecutors, which they claim is advantageous but I feel represents a potential conflict of interest. By a stroke of luck, I came upon Mrs. Ferraro's website where I read her personal philosophy regarding the law. After reading I was immediately convinced she possessed both the skills and character qualities I had been searching for in an attorney.
Upon contacting her office I was given an appointment immediately and she personally met with me for well over an hour to cover the details of my situation. Her tenacity and competency were immediately palpable as she sought the facts from my perspective and began her work to tenaciously defend my interests. Ultimately, the matter was full resolved without me ever having to make contact with an officer of the law and her office kept me informed every step of the way. I was never left with an unanswered question and she was able to explain all legal matters in a way my wife and I could readily understand. An important point I would like to note for others making the decision to retain legal counsel pertains to whether or not the attorney under consideration has specialized within a certain realm of the law. Specialization is not easy for a legal practitioner and demonstrates a significant achievement within a counselor's chosen field. I was unsure of how much this would matter but after several discussions with Mrs. Ferraro I am left with the certainty that I will never seek a non-specialized attorney and suggest to anyone else in need of counsel to only retain one who specializes in the field you require.
Hopefully I will never again require the services of an attorney of this type but if circumstances arise I will always call the office of Rochelle Ferraro. Her service has left such a significant impact upon me that I would not hesitate to fully recommend her services to my close family, friends, and colleagues. Rochelle Ferraro truly sets the standard for superior legal representation based upon my experience and evaluation of her services.
