In response to NM Morris Hall, PLLC’s wish to me for a Happy Thanksgiving l responded:
“Thank you so much for the monthly presentations, book copies, and the movie you provided free of charge (for me and my friends). I know I made the right choice in choosing you to develop my trust from all the extras you have freely given.”

My mother passed in February of this year. She and I had set up a Trust for her through Morris Hall about twenty years ago and had updated it a couple times since then. I had an initial meeting in February with Atty David E. who informed me that the process would take upwards of a year (or more) and that I and the beneficiaries should be patient. He offered to answer any questions along the way and to provide regular updates on status. He also informed me that a paralegal, Victoria C. would be assigned as my primary contact for day-to-day matters but that I should feel free to contact him at any time. David and Victoria handled the assembly of the initial documentation for all of the beneficiaries and provided me with the necessary material to ensure that all parties would be and are satisfied with the process and Trust’s provisions.
I have to say that my expectations have been exceeded in every way. Victoria took over the day-to-day management of the estate settlement, yet I was free to ask David for advice and guidance along the way as necessary.
Victoria was always prompt with replies, clear about the process and necessary steps, cheerful and professional in her communication, and very patient with the diverse folks included in the Trust. The estate was distributed among people living in multiple states across the U.S. and the only difficulty that we experienced was in the different procedures among the various banks – including different processes among different branches of the same institution! In several occasions, Victoria offered to get on the phone with the bank manager to explain what they needed to do. She was very prompt in any assistance we asked for – and happily so.
Our entire Estate process has been concluded as of today – in two-thirds of the originally estimated time and for the agreed-upon fees.
Well done, Morris Hall! On behalf of my family, thank you all very much!
