Chris represented my husband last year on a pretty bad DUI case. The judge told us “You got a great attorney. I was going to give a much more severe sentence!” After going back into the judges chambers for 15 minutes with the DA... A year later I call with a question on probation and Lupe and Chris Whelton are happy to drop what they are doing to assist me. The customer service is of no other. Attorney Whelton represented my son on two separate cases and he was very experienced and knowledge. Absolutely Amazing experience with Mr. Whelton. Mr. Whelton took my FELONY GRAND THEFT case and was able to get it DISMISSED! We could not be happier, Chris fought to the very end for us, we were in and out of the courtroom for almost a year. Chris just absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I got what was owed to me, a complete dismissal of all charges! He went to bat for me against the deputy DA for Riverside county and Triumphed. I could not be more impressed, ecstatic really with the results, unfortunately the legal system is set so people will plea out.
