We made a great decision by contacting Matthew Vincent to evaluate and possibly file a personal injury claim for a "trip and fall" in a shopping center in Temecula. He quickly responded that we had a case, sent a Notice to file a claim to the Center, sent me for medical evaluation and treatment. After medical treatment was complete, Matt Vincent sent a 172-page Demand to the insurance company along with pictures of my injuries and medical reports and a recap of all medical appointments. Matt Vincent did not accept the first modest offer - and we ended up getting almost double of what was originally offered. * this is an update to my lower (original) review. Since my case ended, the company that settled with us, requested that I give some of the money back, because they had failed to respond in the allotted time they were given. Even though they had signed off on the settlement, Matthew Vincent 'strongly suggested ' I just go ahead and give them a portion of the money back, as he didn't want to deal with 'the headache'. I did as he suggested. He, simultaneously was working on another case with me, a very heavy object that a walmart worker had left in an isle fell on my foot, and I was injured very badly. Matthew took my case right away and insisted they would have to pay my medical bills and pain and suffering. He then gave me a 'list' to do, one of them seeing more doctors to further my case. I followed his instructions , and racked up several more doctor bills. Immediately after, I got a letter in the mail, he couldn't even call me, saying he chose to drop my case. I called to ask why, his secretary said she would have him call me. He instead had HER call me to let me know that Walmart likes to go to court, and he didn't want to deal with that, therefore, leaving me with more medical bills then I started out with, and having to fight Walmart by myself. Do NOT go to this man, he is a lazy attorney , and will only do the very minimal, and only if it will make him a great amount of money at your expense.

Ihad an auto accident in 2014, and was injured. Two other law firms refused to take my case, informing me that it was absolutely not winnable. I was just going to give up, when I heard Matt Vincent's commercial on the radio. I called him as a last resort, not expecting anything. He immediately asked me to come in and meet with him. He took a moment to look over my case, and said he would help me. Not what I expected. As soon as I read his first letter to the other party, I knew he was an excellent attorney. It was amazing at how aggressive he was in insisting on the maximum settlement for me. He just won a surprising amount for me on a case that no one else would touch. He worked so hard for me, and was available every time I had questions. I will never go anywhere else, and I advise everyone else to do the same.
Side note- he will send you a list of online review sites, and suggest you may get more of a settlement if you leave favorable reviews.
