He was well organized and led us through the process very efficiently and quickly. We had an initial meeting, a second meeting to discuss our plans (he had sent us documents prior to our meeting to complete) and then a third meeting to address any last questions and sign documents . Throughout the process, he assisted us to think of items we may have left out and addressed our questions and concerns.

He works out of multiple offices so we went to the office in Temecula as it is close to us. Easy to find off the freeway, plenty of parking and very comfortable in the office. I could not decide between filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and instead of pressuring me into one or the other, he actually told me to WAIT!! To WAIT!! To take my time to decide what I would be most comfortable with. How many attorneys do you know that actually put the client's peace of mind BEFORE their own pocketbooks???
