When it comes to professionalism and results, Kent Law exceeded my expectations. The staff is polite, well spoken, and knowledgeable. My case took just shy of a year, and the firm and I were in communication throughout the entirety of the process. Pray I never have to come to them again, but if I was in need, I know whom Id choose. After my accident I waited to see what State Farm would offer before hiring an attorney. When State Farm said they would accept 1/3 liability I called an attorney. After explaining the complications in the police report the attorney recommended Adam Kent. In the end all my medical bills were taken care of, I received a property damage check that was more than the motorcycle cost, and was left with more pain and suffering money than I thought I would get.

I went to see a lawyer here. I was hit by a freight truck and was in pain. I didn't have money to go all the way to their office in Tempe but I went. I was told they wouldn't help me because I didn't break anything and the ambulance didn't pick me up from the scene of the accident! It was not enough to go to litigation. I basically was walked out. I'm glad I didn't hire them! They definitely didn't have my best interest in mind!

Kent Law absolutely exceeded my expectations.

I was way behind on contacting a lawyer after a car accident. It had been almost 2 years (the statute of limitations on a car accident), and I started looking for someone to help me work with the at-fault party's insurance company. I was turned down by a few big law firms, but one of them referred me to Kent Law.

I worked primarily with Gladis, and she kept me informed with the progress of my case. I was able to be pretty hands off, while they handled everything for me. It took quite a while to resolve everything, but I had made it clear to them that I wasn't in a rush. I wanted to make sure we didn't rush the settlement and leave anything on the table. They were extremely thorough, and took the time to explain the reasoning and processes behind what they were doing.

When all was said and done, we both (myself and Kent Law) did very well. Yes, they took a very large part of my settlement, but that is what I agreed to. I received far more compensation than I was expecting as a result of Kent Law. I have no issue with the amount of money they took from the settlement, because I wouldn't have had the first clue how to do anything they did for me.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend Kent Law to anyone dealing with an injury that involves insurance.

To me it's a scam i would never go there again they say unless u win your case you owe nothing what they do is have u win and them they take your settlement and u get nothing

When you first meet them great atmosphere, but you end up playing a lot of phone tag, they will not call you unless you called them several time and to avoid speaking with you they call late in the evening. Very disappointed in this law firm .

I am definitely a fan of Mr. Kent and his law firm. Originally, I made the regretful decision of allowing another firm to handle or should I say mishandle my case. After said law firm dropped the case without warning, I began the urgent search to find a new lawyer. Mr. Kent was literally the answer to prayer. I went from lawyer to lawyer hearing the "bad" news about my case. So, after falling apart and fumbling my way through prayer, I begged God to lead me to the right lawyer. The very next meeting I had was with a lawyer who referred me to Mr. Kent. I made an appointment, almost cancelled, and had my first meeting. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and confident; which enabled me to feel validated and confident as well. He agreed to take on the case and made sure that together we set realistic goals.

Mr. Kent and his team then began the process of working their way through the mess created by the previous lawyer. They took the burden from my shoulders and for once I only had to worry about recuperating. With my previous lawyer, I was constantly told how much work I had to do but the opposite was the case with Mr. Kent. He and his team handled everything.
