Took 3 business days just to get a hold of someone. I missed a payment unknown to me, my license was suspended on the 10th. I didn’t receive a notice until the 21st. Automatic payments on the website is a joke or else I would be using it!

I literally made a payment in full almost a month ago and still haven’t heard anything back from these people. I call and call every single week but people are conveniently not there or they just put me on hold till I eventually hang up out of frustration. I JUST WANT MY LICENSE BACK. IVE PAID YOU EVERY CENT I OWE YOU AND YOURE STILL NOT COOPERATING WITH ME

They don't even deserve the one star! My boyfriend paid off everything he needed to pay off about two months ago They said they would send us a paper within two weeks so that he could take it to the DMV However we have not gotten it and no one can seem to answer the phone We would go down there but we live so far away it is inconvenient this place sucks to say the least All of the employees are very rude and they are so unorganized

These people want you to pay them but they will not take your calls and move to different offices and don't inform you how do they get away with this

I paid my file and was told that I would receive something in the mail on how to reinstate my license. I live in New Jersey now so I was waiting for my paperwork in the mail. After 2 months, I tried calling every day until I finally got a hold of some idiot "who couldn't find my file". No apologies or anything. He then called me back and told me it hadn't been sent yet. I asked if he could electronically send it to me and he got extremely rude and started speaking to me horribly. He then hung up on me and told me I was a defendant, not a client and my opinion didn't matter.

I asked to speak to an actual lawyer and he wouldn't put me on the phone with anyone who mattered and kept interrupting me.

What a sad little man Romero must be.

Horrible service! That Ramiro guy was really rude and had bad attitude! They ask questions that have nothing to do with the topic and told me that they Dont have to keep in contact with us regarding the process. Come on now really.. They want our money but can't keep in contact to obtain the money. This law firm is ridiculous! They cant even give you accurate information.

Their paralegal Ramiro is so unprofessional and rude. He talks over a person when they are trying to explain something. He made me feel bad for being a single mom and questioned my income. When I asked to speak to an actual lawyer he cut me off and threatened to disconnect the call. I might have had a judgement placed on me but I am still a person and deserve respect. Way to go Marc for hiring a real winner.
