Cooks law has been very easy to work with. With your minimal hiccups that you could imagine being that this is a busy law office. Things get overlooked or pushed to the back burner without intention. I was rear ended on 12/2/19 and hired Cook Law to represent me. Not only did I have to obtain the police report on my own as well as medical records. As of 1/7/20 nothing had been accomplished as far as greeting my car fixed or the other party taking responsibility. I decided to hire another attorney on 1/7/20 and today 1/8/20 the new attorney was able to get the other parties insurance to accept liability. I would not recommend this law firm due to poor work ethics.

I was referred to Cook law office by Dr. F at Emergency Chiropractic in Tempe for a car accident that occurred in May. Upon entering everyone was very friendly and asked if I had been helped yet while waiting for an associate to go over my case with me. I met with Michael and we discussed the accident and he assured me that I had a strong case. They were very efficient and everything took place in a timely manner after my treatment was complete. After recovering from back surgery and completing my treatments the opposing insurance company tried to say that my injuries were pre-existing even though I had no prior medical issues whatsoever. My settlement was more than I expected and I am very happy with the outcome and how I was treated during the entire process.

I met Jimmy cook about 4 years ago. We've been in and out of court many many times. I was a single dad with 2 kids one was 2 years old and the other was 5. my ex wife was a drug addict and would show up in court and try to fight to get the kids. Jimmy was able to get her time reduced all the way down to two hours under my supervision every two weeks.
