These people are rude. I hate calling for information I hate it so much. The female attorney that's handling my case is the most arrogant and unprofessional human being I have ever spoken too. These people are seriously the worst.

Terrible receptionist sucks at relaying message and Mark is very dishonest trying to extort money because they thought we didn’t know the laws little did they know Richard Gaxiola was our lawyer! They tried to make us pay the lawyer fee that desert schools was given for hiring them but WE NEVER HIRED THEM nor signed any loan paper work with desert financial that we would pay a lawyer if anything happened and we were only obligated to pay the loan remainder in which we did directly to the lawyer as instructed and then it was a net 30 payment in which temporarily hindered my credit. DO NOT USE THEM

I received a letter in the mail today from this place from something that happened 18 years ago. Also I don't know all the details of the situation. Plus the company never called or sent me a letter saying their company was closing down and was moving out of the state. I guess I have to get an attorney myself.

Sneaky little scam artist I don’t believe writing a lengthy review is necessary. The ethics board of the Arizona State Bar should really just investigate this office!

I would give them a minus infinity score if I could. The collections agents at this firm are sub human. My estranged husband used my social security number and forged my signature on an application for credit with United Rentals. When MAKPC robot Larry Fusaro called my corporate phone(I worked full time for a company) I immediately told him I didn’t have any account, and that he should call my estranged husband. I told him if there was an application, then it was fraudulent. That was in 2015. Fast forward to 2019. Even after providing a sworn affidavit from my ex stating he admitted to fraud, proof the company belonged to him, tax returns showing he owned the company, legal documents in his handwriting, the same as the fraudulent applications.... job contracts for EXACTLY the same time and for the same job he rented the equipment for.... they pushed and pushed and won a judgement against me. I reported the info to the credit bureaus, FTC, SS administration, the police, to EVERYONE! But her we are, me looking all I have because of a con-man, a irresponsible United Rentals and an unscrupulous and malicious attorney/collections agency. While the real perpetrator walks free..

One of my employees had a judgment for something that this office can not provide paperwork for. After paid nearly $10k to squash the remaining judgment (with receipt), the office calls me and tells me that I still need to garnish his wages. SCAM ARTISTS not to be trusted

Super rude gut named William called for my boss but was very rude to me and hostile. Don't have time to spare the details but to make a long story short. I was not the right person to pay for some bill the company owes, yet I was being targeted and called rude. Needless to say, I hang up on him and refused to answer the phone when he called back. Everytime he has called he sounds annoyed or angry and not very pleasant in his communication.

Terrible attorneys at this firm the receptionist towards you to their voicemails and they NEVER return your calls so I had my lawyer contact them with a Little wake up call letter that let them know basically start answering the phone or the court case is going to be a not so nice one. I then got the personal number of the guy on the case, they then tried to add on their lawyer fees to the note in which my lawyer handled pretty quickly because I didn’t sign anything. Shady all together along with desert schools credit union their client. Here’s how shady they are, my credit score is very high still because I beat them and their lies!

I have used this Law Office to handle collection issues on multiple occasions. I have found them to be extremely efficient and effective. They have always handled my accounts professionally and promptly. I would highly recommend them if you have issues not getting paid on your receivables.

If they fixed their attitudes they would probably get a lot more people to work with them. We have all worked in costumer service some way so we know how it goes. Debt collectors are already not liked to begin with so i get where the defensiveness comes from but some of us (like me) didn't even know this existed because the loan was for my husband before we got married. So I was literally clueless and Brittney was already on the defense when she called me the first time. Someone give her a much needed vacation she needs to get out.

will not stop calling me being very rude saying I owe money to some rental place first of all I'm 20 years old never rented anything. Second of all it's not very professsinal to accuse someone when you can't even address the person you are trying to reach when leaving a voicemail. If these calls continue, I WILL file for harassment.

'Gutter Service' junk debt collectors. This company is predatory and does not operate legally. They are greedy and have no honor. Reptiles.

I agree with all negative comments. They are very unprofessional and unethical and once paid in full without any default on my end, they tried to file court papers after it was already paid, then when I tried to bring the matter to their attention so it could be corrected, I was threatened over the phone by some "paralegal wanna be" who told me they didn't make a mistake and would charge me legal fees if I stayed on the phone any longer. What a joke! Glorified bill collectors! The result was me contacting my original creditor and they apologized on this law offices behalf and made sure no further paperwork was filed through a court! I bet they were glad they wasted their time on such an incompetent law office!

I have been dealing with the office of Attorney Mark A. Kirkorsky, P. C., for several months now on a water filtration system my husband and I purchased for our house in GA. Due to some unforeseen difficult circumstances from identity theft to serious illnesses which led to hospitalization on both me and my husband, we had to file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy which included this water filter bill with Pinnacle Finance. Later on our bankruptcy was discontinued at our request by the GA court where it was filed. Now we are paying our remaining balance on this costly water filter at $50 a month. We hope we will be able to pay more several months later, we hope and pray. Anyway both his receptionist and Mark have always dealt with me in a most courteous and professional way in all my dealings with them. I have had very positive dealings with this law firm. I rate them as a good group of people who are doing the best that they can to get my debt paid and to get their bills paid. Very hard people can't even come to an agreement of payment, I'm willing to pay but they want me to pay high bucks something I can not afford , 750.00 a month no way. .they won't take 500 hundred monthly. .It's stupid because I took my truck to fix the mechanics did a crappie job was in the shop for a year and now the truck is broke in my back yard but yet they want me to pay, This is. B/S !!!!!
