When my ex-wife filed for divorce, I was uncertain if I would need an attorney, and I was hopeful we could work things out between ourselves. However, when my ex-wife began to withhold the children from me, I hired Angela Peacock. Angela was professional, organized, empathic, and aggressive during a very difficult period of my life. What impressed me most about Angela was how she performed in court. We had a 30 minute temporary orders hearing--of which Angela only had 15 minutes to accomplish many things--where the main goal was to get me parenting time. In 15 minutes she was able to get me 50% parenting time with my children, an entire week of make-up parenting time, had the judge offset child support as a means of punishing my ex for withholding the children, and had the court agree that attorney’s fees were not appropriate. Angela also guided me through the rest of my case, and she was able to help me finalize the matter and get me everything I wanted.

Angela recently represented me in a very unique and emotional divorce case. She listened intently to all of the details during our meetings and was extremely understanding of the special circumstances surrounding this case. Angela always answered every question or concern that I had very quickly, either in person, by email or phone.
