I had been in an motorcycle accident that wasn’t my fault. I originally went with a different legal team. They didn’t meet my needs, never answered my calls or replied to my emails. Heard about Pincus and associates through my brother and he was pleased with them so I went on a limb and left the other team to work with them. It was a day and night difference, they answered all my emails and calls. They always had an answer to my question almost always same day. To make a very long year and a half story short. I had originally decided to work with a family friend who was an attorney. A few months into my case he determined that it was best to give up on the case as it wasn't worth pursuing. Thankfully my chiropractor recommended I speak to Shawn and his associates. We were not looking for an attorney after a red light runner hit my wife in her SUV & totaled it. Pincus and Associates was referred to us by one of the medical providers we were just happening to see after the accident.

Pincus and Associates is the only law firm I will ever use for any accident case. They are prompt and always reply to any of my calls on time. They even found the right Doctor for me. I have recommended them to 2 other friends for service.

I was hit by a teenager on her phone. I called them right away. They handled everything. Raynee helped us out. She was amazing!! We had issues with towing the car to our side of town by other insurance company, but Raynee handled it. Any concern we had they were able to help us with. Sean is very knowledgeable and explained the processes very well. It was stressful, but I'm sure it would of been a lot worst for us if we didn't call them.

Very efficient, i had a guy hit my car on the rear while I was driving in the freeway, and it was so sudden that I got out to look if my grandson was ok because he was on the back seat, and my head started hurting so bad that i just got the first name of the guy and his phone number, and left to the emergency room i didn't call the police and i didn't get his insurance information, i just left in a rush to the hospital, well I was amazed that with the little information Pincus & Associates were able to help me and got me that compensation that I need it to pay my medical bills and to fix my vehicle. I would like to let everyone know that this law firm are money hungry and liars. They are sell outs and only want to help themselves

I Used Shawn located in Chandler for my injury claim for the sole purpose of them making sure my medical bills were paid for. He promised in and out that he would make sure they are taken care of. They took half the settlement in the end and left me with $1500+ in medical bills. I am now in debt due to medical bills when he is the one who promised time in and time out that he will make sure everything is paid off. He didn't negotiate with anyone or even really lift a finger it seems to ensure that I was satisfied with their services. When I went to get my settlement they were holding almost all of it back due to my health insurance even though the accident wasn't my fault and my health insurance had nothing to do with it. I pray to God I'm never in this situation again. I would never recommend this money grubbing useless service they provide. I would have done a better job myself.

I had a woman rear end me at full speed on the I-10 as she was talking on her cell phone and I was at a full stop in a traffic jam! I called a couple of the firms that advertise on TV and got turned down because they didn't think it was worth fighting for me if I wasn't just going to just settle for the $25,000. ( apparently) standard settlement.
Pincus & Assoc. were awesome and treated me with compassion and respect and saw me thru the whole issue, as I was a widow and would have been on my own thru the whole ordeal without them!

My name is alex adler I took my personal injury case to pink is an associates where I was led to believe that they were going to try and pursue the police department as a responsible party. so under that beliefI signed an agreement with them for 33.33% moving up 40% incase it went to litigation. They never did any of the things they said they would when I signed. They ended up settling my case for 7130 they then wanted to charge me the 40% so I asked them to reduce that by 15% to 25%. They agree, awesome right? WRONG! WHAT THEY DID WAS TAKE THE 15% OFF OF THE FULL FEES AMOUNT. I was ecpecting a 1000 reduction, they only wanted to do 427. When I raised my concerns to Shawn J. Dow he became very irate and started yelling at me and then walked away and would not discuss the issue of the miss communication with me. Then threatened to take me to Court?? I would never recommend that anyone ever use this law firm they are the epitome of the word crook!
