Review: My LLC has been dissolved and they keep charging me a fee every year as “registered agent” fee. I asked them them remove themselves as registered agent and the are not “able” to do so. Kept charging for many years.

Not very capable to help with LLC and very quick to charge for everything that they can (which is almost like legal way money extorting business).
