Review: I sold a commercial property and Surane Law Firm handled the buyer and seller sides of the transaction. I buy and sell 4 to 7 properties a year and this is by far the worst service I've ever encountered. The seller sent the contact to the attorney and I never heard anything from them (usually a closing attorney will introduce themselves, ask important information up front, etc).
