Review: First off I have to say we knew nothing about bankruptcy, this company didn't tell us much but we ultimately filed for chapter 13. During the course of the filing we were told many things that turned out to not be true. One of them being that moving while in an active bankruptcy would be no problem. They told us that many of their clients move with no issues at all.
