Review: Ms. Taylor dragged out my appraisal process in an attempt to prevent the sale of a house I was buying because it was tenant occupied and the tenants were not on a lease and did not wish to move. She ultimately recused herself, but not before ruining the purchase I was trying to complete. She accomplished her goal of blocking a home sale by abusing her power as an appraiser. Review: Todd Scott was a terrible Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) for my grandmother, who is in her 80s and has dementia. He did not act in her best interest and instead acted on behalf of the person who was abusing her. He was visibly angry several times in court and had a temper tantrum more than once, especially when he lost.
