Ms. Taylor dragged out my appraisal process in an attempt to prevent the sale of a house I was buying because it was tenant occupied and the tenants were not on a lease and did not wish to move. She ultimately recused herself, but not before ruining the purchase I was trying to complete. She accomplished her goal of blocking a home sale by abusing her power as an appraiser. Completely unethical.
